What a great experience! From first contact they were really friendly and professional, never trying to sell or put any pressure on us. They measured up, gave good advice, provided a quote, which we took up, and installed all as planned. They kept us updated all the time and did what they promised in all respects.

From the moment I contacted Zena at KBS for a quotation , after I had seen my sister's lounge shutters ,to the day of installation I received nothing but 1st class service , I was so pleased with my kitchen window shutters I decided to have them in my lounge to as they lend such elegance to a room , and I am delighted with the finished product and effect .Rob was my contact /installer and talked me though my options with his professional opinion and helpful suggestion's. Great service and product
Great service from Kent Bespoke Shutters. Two bay windows worth of shutters in our Victorian property were fitted well and look fabulous. Whole team were helpful and responsive -whole process took approximately 6 weeks.

The shutters are beautifully made, and were installed quickly and in a tidy manner. I am so pleased that I looked around and found Kent Bespoke, rather than buying from other outlets that use Chinese goods. Competitive price too, and prompt service.

From our initial meeting with Rob we felt comfortable with our decision to use a local supplier for shutters in our new home. The quality of the samples was very good and Rob was confident he could meet our expectations. Attending our home to discuss further and measure up the following day , we agreed the purchase.
During the manufacturing process Zena and Rob kept us informed of progress and dates for fitting.
Our installation occurred on time as planned. Rob and Luke installed our shutters across thd entire house in a day. No mess, no fuss and highly professional. We love the results and are so pleased with our decision to use Kent Bespoke. A truly local, professional company working with great products. We cannot recommend them highly enough. And a 5 year guarantee from people we now know and can trust. A every important point when making a purchase like this.
