Bad experience

Our experience with Kennet Leasing was mixed. The initial leasing process was straightforward and the service itself was generally fine.
However, unfortunately, our business had to permanently close, and we explained the situation to Kennet Leasing. We requested that the additional charges and fees be removed and that we only pay the actual cost relating to the coffee machine.
Unfortunately, they were unwilling to reduce or waive the additional charges, which was disappointing, especially given our circumstances.
Overall, the process was okay, but we were not fully satisfied with the way the matter was handled after the business closed. We hope they can consider being more flexible and understanding in similar situations in the future.

Messed up my order. Should have got a bike and a KD X6 key programmer. Had to cancel the KDX6 and buy it myself. So you lost out on a sale.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the outcome. To clarify, finance was initially approved for both items under one agreement, but due to the different delivery timeframes from the nominated supplier, separate agreements were required. Unfortunately, the funder was unable to finance the key programmer separately due to its value falling below their minimum finance amount.
Following discussions between us, it was agreed that the programmer would be removed and purchased separately when available. We’re sorry for any frustration caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances.
