Jamie came to service my central heating and did a fantastic job. He’s reliable and gave me some good advice on how to save money on my gas bills. Excellent plumber.

I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service I received from Jamie. He recently installed a Hive thermostat, water softener, and carbon monoxide detector in our home, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Not only was the installation done quickly and professionally, but Jamie also took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I was comfortable with the new systems. The attention to detail and expertise were top-notch, and the whole experience was stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber. Five stars all the way!

Friendly and professional service

As parts of my refurbishment project, at quite short notice, Jamie fitted a radiator very nicely in a tight space and he also moved my sink to a new position and ensured the waste flows freely away. I’m very satisfied.

Honestly, this is the best plumbing service that I've ever had. Jamie was quick to respond to messages and did a job that two previous plumbers had failed to do.

I recently moved into a new property, I knew when I purchased it that the boiler was very old and would probably need replacing . I am a single woman living on my own so the task of finding tradespeople that I could trust was daunting to say the least! A friend of mine recommended me to a heating and pluming company as she had used them, although for a much smaller job. She said I should be able to trust them,.I called and explained my requirement. A very nice gentleman Jamie came to see me the next day and it was decided that a Combi boiler would be the best option as I only wanted to heat water I would use. He also suggested the boiler could go in the attic therefore freeing up space in my kitchen. I was happy with all suggestions and my job was booked. Turned up on the day and brought all necessary equipment with him.Worked solidly all day , didn’t take a break and finished the work by 8pm the same day. . I wasn’t charged anymore than what had been quoted to me and left my bungalow as he had found it, with one exception a brand new boiler that works brilliantly and suits my needs THANKYOU Satisfied customer

Boiler failed with a leak and needed some maintenance after years of neglect. Jamie dealt with everything in few hours. He was very swift and knowledgeable, always friendly in spite of my repeated questioning. Apparently he was an engineer at a large company before going freelance. Same great skill set, but much more cost effective to call in Jamie. Highly recommended.

Jamie Kenna has been doing the gas boiler service for me for the past five years, and he is always extremely thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. Where other people spend 10 minutes checking the boiler and then done, Jamie usually spends 45 minutes to an hour to ensure that the boiler works well. He also follows up with recommendations for things that can be done next time, but most times, no further action is needed. I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone!

I was very pleased with Jamie's work. He spotted rust on the flue of my boiler and said the flue should be replaced. Thank goodness he did as the flue was rusted even worse in the wall (right thro' and previous gas engineers hadn't spotted the problem). Thank you for keeping us safe.
