My 6 year old Daughter bought a mystery squishy with some birthday money from The Trafford Centre. An hour after we left, the squishy unfortunately popped. I contacted Kenji via email and Sophie organised a replacement to be posted out within days. We also received a lovely hand written card. The customer service has been outstanding! Whilst at The Trafford Centre the staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming. We cannot wait to return. Thank you so much! Xxx

Great, in the silverburn store all the time for kids birthday gifts. Always well received and the staff are always super helpful, very individualised advice whenever I am there

The store was amazing and the staff was the best. They are very fun and cheerful and know how to make a person very happy on the worst days and their supplies are great
and the food very addicting so I would highly recommend them. Thank to the staff for makeing me and my friends have the best day ever.

Glasgow Silverburn store is fantastic! Not only is the range amazing but the staff are so friendly and helpful. Saira in particular was amazing with helping choose products and also fantastic with my children. An absolute gem of a store and very happy knowing that we can always see friendly faces when going into the store.

Was so excited to visit this store as we never had one in Glasgow before. The range in the shop is amazing, and the customer service is second to none. Saira was super helpful, told us about different offers on and really listened to our needs to help us get the perfect gifts. Can't wait to get back and treat myself to some more bits and pieces

I was visiting with my family over half term and popped into Kenji Milton Keynes that had just opened in MK Centre

The staff were really helpful and friendly but what made this visit special was a tall man who we later found out was the store manager in Sheffield named Sam.

He spent time with my nieces making sure they found the items they wanted, offered alternatives as they didn’t stock certain squishy toys and made sure they were happy with their choices before paying.

It was such a lovely experience even with it being extremely busy in the store

Milton Keynes Store, recently opened.
Good shop, not such great staff. Nice range of products and good prices too.
Got to the till and the lady who served us looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. The customers next to us were being told about a loyalty scheme by a member of the team behind their till, while she just ran our items through the till with no interaction whatsoever! Name on the receipt is Kiana.
Would we go back? Probably not. Not a great 1st impression and with lots of other places to spend our money, will save it for somewhere else!

Stumbled across the Kenji store while killing time at Westfield in London and thought their stuff was cute, prices were good, and the cross-body bag was the perfect size for every day or holding passports while we travelled. I was right but sadly the stitching failed a few days later and the strap fell off as I was striding through Manchester airport. Back home I emailed customer support, who immediately sent a replacement AND sorted the customs fees (thanks Brexit!). Use it all the time, it's just right for daily essentials (and perfect for smuggling a tupperware of treats into the cinema), might have to get one of the more colourful ones too.

My father in law and I visited the Silverburn store today and we were treated like royalty.
The staff directed my children to all of the bargains rather than trying to upsell expensive items, they also helped me setup a club card on which I now have tons of points!
They couldn’t do enough for us and we can’t wait to return.

Great friendly approachable staff with great products

Terrible experience at grand opening. Came as a group of friends, assumed we were all one family, only given one goody bag amongst the 4 of us whilst other families were given two/ three each.

I visited the Kenji store in Stratford Westfield on Thursday while looking for a specific figure/doll for my 4-year-old son. I thought Kenji might sell something similar, but unfortunately they didn’t stock it.

Instead of simply telling me they didn’t have it, Alisha went completely above and beyond to help. She asked me to show her a picture of the item, then used her own phone to identify exactly what it was, find out where it was being sold, and even check if it was in stock.

I honestly haven’t come across a sales assistant this helpful in years. Her willingness to help — even when it wasn’t something the store sold — was incredibly kind and genuinely impressive.

Kenji is very lucky to have someone like Alisha on their team. Thank you again for the amazing service!

I had a specific plush that I wanted and couldn't find in both the Liverpool and Manchester stores and so I emailed them and they were so so helpful. They told where to find it and sent it to the store for me to pick up and it was very quick and easy service. They were so sweet. Mel specifically was the one i was keeping in contact with throughout this whole process. Thank you!

I had to reach out to Kenji customer service recently, and Mel from their team has been absolutely wonderful! She took time to look into my query and sent me detailed responses. Her kindness and generosity have made dealing with Kenji a pleasure and I will continue to be a very happy customer.

Exceptional customer service from Kenji! I purchased a plush in store, and unfortunately the seams came apart within just two days. I contacted their customer service to request a replacement, hoping to avoid having to travel back to the store. They responded immediately and sent out a replacement with no hassle at all. The process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Really impressed with how they handled it—this is customer service done right!
