Shipping was great and fast . However hair smelled like feet.

Hair quality is awful

Everything is great about this hair! The lace is thin, minimal shedding if taken care of properly, and my orders comes with free goodies ☺️

I was so excited to get the raw hair until I got it the hair sucks o was better off getting the regular bundles from Kendra’s been a customer for years and lately the hair just hasn’t been good quality

My frontal was PROFESSIONALLY installed and still my frontal is matting continuously the hair from this company is usually good but this was a waste of money from my frontal will not be buying again !

This closure melts so well into my head, it looks so natural! and it doesn't shed.

I used Kendra’s hair to get a custom wig made. The hair overall is okay but it truly does shed A LOT. I’m afraid that it will become a thinned out wig over time due to all the shedding.

Extremely thin bundles

I ordered a 24,26,28,28. The bundles are very expensive but I assumed I was paying for quality hair. The hair is a nice pattern and soft, but the bundles are very thin. I have a small head and I’ve never needed to use all 4 bundles. I unfortunately need all 4 and possibly another one. The price is not worth what you’re getting in terms of fullness. Very upset, disappointed, and dissatisfied.

This is very nice quality hair, hopefully I can reuse it for the price I paid.

Delivery service is great, product comes extremely fast love that.
But let’s get into the actual hair now, I ordered 3 bundles of 22in and the hair was not enough for a small head person. Hair is very thin and very small portion per bundle. Was real disappointed in the quality of the hair was expecting better. Hair is just very thin for me and to see the portion per bundle was mind blowing. So thank God I had extra hair at home to finish my instal because the 3 bundle was not doing it at all.

The hair is dry, hard and frizzy. I called to inquire due to it being my first time purchasing although I have installed Kendras hair in clients hair before for years now and i must says it’s good hair on a whole however I have-never used nor installed the Burmese from this company and wanted to try it on myself but to my demise it’s the worst and I needed to color it so I know it would be an epic failure, so I called customer service and was informed the Burmese collection is like this meant to be worn like an Afro so I guess I will stick to what I know which is dhair especially for my Burmese .Wanted to return the hair but I paid $20 for shipping and to pay to send it bck when I got it at a deal price would be a waste so I decided to hold for someone whose interested in purchasing it at a reduce price from me.

The hair quality has significantly changed. The hair tangles and shreds daily. When I first brought this hair is was the best now I have to find another hair supplier.

The quality is amazing, but even after paying almost 60€ for delivery, I paid 30€ extra for delivery with FedEx… Don’t know why but It would have been nice if they had warned me during the purchase.
