Highly professional service from start to finish.
I had used Henry and son way back to do all of my windows in various properties but not used them for a long time. They have just completed 5 sash eco slide windows and I am extremely impressed not only with the product but the finnish also. There is absolutely no snagging to be done around the casements and they left the property clean and tidy. Highly recommend, they aren’t pushy which is why i’ve just booked them in to do several more jobs and recommended them to my managing agents in NW2. Many thanks.

Composite front door - really impressed
Just had the front door replaced with a composite door from Kelly Glazing. Really impressed with the service and the door. Designed and planning the door was very straightforward and their support was always helpful. The fitting was done efficiently. Really impressed with the finish.

Terrible service
Terrible service. The call out specialist did not arrive on the day that was booked. Then when a new date was scheduled, he failed to show up and only arrived after he was called and asked to arrive. The specialist came 7 hours late to the call out and said he had to order parts in order to complete the job. I was then told that the job couldn't be completed and that a partial refund would be made. I waited 2 months and didn't receive the refund and no correspondence since. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.

This review was left by Fleur East (yes, the one who was unsuccessful twice on X factor) not Martina as the review claims. A "Z List" so called celebrity hiding behind a fake name is extremely nasty, she should know better.
The reality behind this nasty review is as follows (and we have all the recorded phone calls and emails, should the press want to take matters further):-
Fleur East contacted us as she had a problem with a sliding door, the handle was reported as faulty and the mechanism behind it. She couldn't find anyone to help and the manufacturer she went to recommended us. We told her we do not repair the works of others though agreed to have a look and would charge for the call out and the parts she advised were required (mechanism behind the handle).
We asked a number of questions and the most important one was "what happens when you turn the key in the lock", her reply was "Nothing". What she failed to mention was that she did not have a key!
Why was this important? Well, without a key the only way to remove the lock is to drill it out and replace the lock, but we were not told she didn't have a key, despite asking, so our engineer did not have a replacement lock when attending, her lack of an honest answer prevented the repair being carried out.
A 40+ mile drive in heavy delayed traffic due to an accident, on the Thursday before Easter (17th April 2025 - 4 day weekend) for nothing, a totally wasted journey. We told her to find another company as we would not be returning.
Fleur East then had the audacity to blame our engineer, followed by a number of rude calls and emails demanding a full refund.
Our time was wasted but we said we will refund part of the payment, despite being under no obligation to do so, however within minutes of her chasing the refund, she posted the fake name review because we rejected her and refused to work for her.
My windows have never looked so good
Fitted my windows a month ago and was very pleased with their work. Done quickly and precisely. Excellent work ethic, great communication, very good company, 5 stars without a doubt.

Had my windows fitted by Henry and Sons Ltd 5 years ago, and they’ve been brilliant ever since. Recently, one of the locks broke and I was really impressed with how quickly they responded — came out and fixed it straight away, no hassle. Great aftercare and top-quality service. Highly recommend!
