Keitaro Tracker Omdömen 50

I've been a Keitaro user and was very satisfied with the platform until recently. However, critical technical issues have made it completely unreliable for the past 15 days:

Critical Issues:
Inaccurate cost attribution from traffic sources
502 errors on S2S conversion tracking
Frequent communication failures with ad platforms
Data inconsistencies affecting campaign optimization

Support Response:
The support team acknowledges the issues and says 'developers are working on it' but provides:

No timeline for resolution
No temporary workarounds
No updates on progress
No escalation options

Business Impact:
As a performance marketer, I cannot properly optimize campaigns without accurate tracking data. This means I'm losing money every single day while waiting for a fix that may never come.

Current Status:
After 15 days of back-and-forth with no resolution in sight, I'm actively evaluating alternative tracking solutions. I gave them until Monday to either fix the issues or provide a concrete timeline - otherwise I'm migrating.

Recommendation:
Great product when it works, but if you rely on accurate tracking for your business, be aware that critical bugs may take weeks (or longer) to resolve with no accountability from support.

I hope Keitaro addresses these issues because the platform has potential, but right now it's unusable for serious media buyers.

They are scammer i asked for refund and they didnt give me funds back and yes its shitty tracker with other words

The best tracker in the world, fast, easy understanding , minimalistic!

I have been using this tracker for more than 5 years now, it fulfills all tasks, and more often even more. I had experience of using different trackers, but I chose Keitaro.

It may well, fulfill almost all requirements, because functionally it is overflowing.

Also a special thanks to the support staff, we had a major problem and on the weekend, after working hours, a support staff member took time out of his day to help us <3
