Personally I refered this app to my customer but all are happy also once I sold this app no headache like another application need anydesk support backup not working etc many issues but this app once sold no more calls no more support needed because completely cloud, anyway thanks the team

When you first register, there are times where some subscription you need to inform their message center, you are running on the free package.
