Excellent service from Keebo. I have had 2 account queries which was resolved by Rita who kept me informed and provided excellent customer service. Keep up the great work Keebo and especially Rita.

Keebo is helping me understand how to build my credit in a better way. I appreciate how I can accumulate points based on spending and good financial behaviour leading to an increase in my limit. The app is very easy to use and customer services is friendly and helpful when you need to reach out.

Nice slick app with overview of all my accounts. Very fast credit approval but the limit is quite low. Looks like it will grow later tho.

After speaking with customer care to get some clarifications I decided to go ahead. The app is very well designed and the application process is definitely user friendly. This is the way it should be!

Very low credit limit. No point if starts are so low. I have other cards with way higher credit limits. So closed my account immediately as it was a time waster.

Super useful card and app, wish I'd got one sooner. Easy to apply, card looks good, app is helpful.

Was looking for some extra liquidity to offset anticipated rising costs into the coming months and beyond. User friendly application, minimum fuss, super fast response(s) / service delivery. What’s not to like?

I just love KEEBO. Very good app to use and when I spoke with Maurizio for an app issue on live chat, he put my mind to ease. Great customer support.

Not sure the point of a credit building card if with ok credit with the aim to grow it, you can't get one and applying will now bring my credit down very odd...

Had this card for about 3 months now. Not had any problems with the card or the app. The app is full of useful information on how best to use the credit card. Recently they've started to report to credit agencies so my credit score is going up!

With the points system, I can unlock bigger credit increases, as the starting credit is a bit low, but you can quickly move up the ranks I think.

My application was accepted without much credit history, which I'm thankful for. But the credit card took nearly a month for arriving, though they mentioned it'll arrive in 10 working days.

When I reached out to customer care, I didn't find the responses helpful or reassuring.

When the card finally arrived, Royal Mail had me pay the postage because it was sent without postage. So I HAD TO PAY to get the card delivered, though it wasn't mentioned anywhere that I had to pay.

After reaching out to customer care (only chat, no calls available), again - didn't find the response helpful. To top it off, they had asked me to resend all details in the email - which was infuriating.

Overall, the experience even before I used the card once - it has been very frustrating and unprofessional so far. And I don't see myself using their service regardless. Not with the poor quality of service I received.

After raising the issue here, I was reached out by Keebo (as replied to this originally). They refunded the postage fee I had to pay, and assured me that the support quality will be better.

I would definitely recommend Keebo as the application process was easy and the customer service team were on hand to deal with any of my queries.

The whole process from application to receiving the card was seamless and very quick. I had some questions which the customer service team answered quickly. I would definitely recommend Keebo as their customer service support far exceeds any other card company.

I always have the best experience with Keebo, the staff that work for Keebo are very fast acting in any issues or questions you may have, and are a very friendly company!

Good app easy to use. KEEBO helps me to better understand how to build credit. Much better than other cards who offer very poor customer service. Here you can speak with a friendly team and not feel rushed at all. All round excellent!
