Very low credit limit. No point if starts are so low. I have other cards with way higher credit limits. So closed my account immediately as it was a time waster.

Not sure the point of a credit building card if with ok credit with the aim to grow it, you can't get one and applying will now bring my credit down very odd...

Had this card for about 3 months now. Not had any problems with the card or the app. The app is full of useful information on how best to use the credit card. Recently they've started to report to credit agencies so my credit score is going up!
With the points system, I can unlock bigger credit increases, as the starting credit is a bit low, but you can quickly move up the ranks I think.

My application was accepted without much credit history, which I'm thankful for. But the credit card took nearly a month for arriving, though they mentioned it'll arrive in 10 working days.
When I reached out to customer care, I didn't find the responses helpful or reassuring.
When the card finally arrived, Royal Mail had me pay the postage because it was sent without postage. So I HAD TO PAY to get the card delivered, though it wasn't mentioned anywhere that I had to pay.
After reaching out to customer care (only chat, no calls available), again - didn't find the response helpful. To top it off, they had asked me to resend all details in the email - which was infuriating.
Overall, the experience even before I used the card once - it has been very frustrating and unprofessional so far. And I don't see myself using their service regardless. Not with the poor quality of service I received.

Changed from 1 star to 3 stars.
After raising the issue here, I was reached out by Keebo (as replied to this originally). They refunded the postage fee I had to pay, and assured me that the support quality will be better.
