KCS Couriers provided an excellent…

KCS Couriers provided an excellent service from start to finish. The delivery was fast, reliable, and handled with great care. Communication was clear throughout, and I was kept updated at every stage of the process, which gave me real peace of mind.

The staff were professional, friendly, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. My parcel arrived on time and in perfect condition, which shows their attention to detail and dedication to quality service.

I would highly recommend KCS Couriers to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient delivery service. I will definitely be using them again in the future

I am really very happy with service

I am really very happy with service. Parcel is about to reach on time. Staff is very cooperative and helpful in tracking my parcel. I will highly recommend their courier services if any one wants to send international parcels.

I wish there were 0 so I could have given instead. Unreliable company.
I don't recommend it to you.

Uk Derby KCS HAS Poor communication with poor understanding. Rude Manager ..my parcel got delayed and no updates had been given

It was Eid parcel for family. But he didn't discuss any options he said he can't do anything.
My parcel is still not arrived yet and no updates have been received.
Where is my parcel ??

Dear Customer: this was not booked with KCS as it was import from Pakistan and for any import we advise all customer to speak with sending agent as they wont allow us to deal directly with their customer so We have been advised you to speak with them if they allow us to give you information or speak directly with you WE will be happy to deal with you,
KASHMIR CARGO SERVICES is based in UK only provide clearance and delivery services to our Clients from Different Countries, Once shipment arrive in UK we apply for clearance and then deliver in 4 working days,
In your Case Shipment was held in Dubai and was delayed which is handled by Pakistani based company, We requested our client to speed up with airline otherwise it wont be able to deliver all the parcel in working day, secondly we have received shipment on Friday morning and delivered most of the parcel by Saturday, as Sunday was the EID.
AS you was not booked with us we cant provide any details unless sending company allow us to do so, That's why we have requested you to speak the sending company we will follow their instruction as they have sent shipment to us.
Even though we go out of way to assist you and explained you the situation and legal binding that we can disclose any information unless our client allow us to do so.
We are really sorry for any inconvenienced caused by KCS COURIER. Best Regards.

Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service. Cargo reached late which is understandable as there were difficulties in Middle East. When finally cargo reached Pakistan, it went to Lahore instead of required destination. Handlers in Lahore called receiver and demanded more money and claimed that cargo is booked only up to Lahore. Then asked for rental if receiver doesn’t pick up. After challenging reduced charge to 600 PKR from few thousands which sounds very dubious.
I must say pick up service was superb but afterwards it was quite a mental torture. Will never use this company again.
After few months company is asking for more information. I have already given the exact information. It’s the handlers in Pakistan who messed up a bit and demanded more money. Parcel while clearly destined for Chakwal was sent to Lahore. Sounds very suspicious. Then calling the receiver to pick up from Lahore or pay more money. Sounds like someone was trying to make money. Company should investigate.

Absolutely the worst service.

Absolutely the worst service.

Please refrain from using their service. They are a total ripoff.

It took more than 2 months to arrive and to make the experience worst, more than half of the products were missing and the packaging box was completely smashed.

Some missing items were dry fruits, multiple handbags, perfume, and even clothes like shirts, jackets, socks etc.

Upon calling them, they blamed the customer and the customs instead of accepting their fault and incompetence.

Highly not recommended and to anyone who wants to waste their money and get their goods stolen are welcome to avail their service.

Dear Customer, I am really sorry for the lost you have mentioned above, could you please send us detail what was the parcel no and where it was delivered we will investigate it, Moreover if it is import we only do deliveries for different agent our job is collect the parcel from airport and deliver it in 4 working days as per sending agent's direction if there is something with that you have to speak with sending agent,

yes if you booked and sent through us we take fully responsibility of any delays and missing items
we never have any complain regarding any missing items in our book as I have check last two months complain register.

I will be thankful to you help us to look into it by providing us our booking invoice no.
