Avoid this Company
Takes forever to get your order. Once it arrived the clothing was too short (Asian sizes). I tried to return and never heard a response back from the company so I wasted $$$ on something that does not fit. This is a cheap Chinese company with poor quality clothes and cheap materials. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered in January, still have not received. They gave me a bogus number to call UPS. Said I can pay more $$ to reship once it gets returned to them. Seems like I got scammed

Stay away from this Chinese scammer
Stay away from this Chinese scammer. I unknowingly ordered a shirt from this KCLOT in deep southern China on 11-30. Tracking by AOKLOK was very poor. As of today, my gift order has not been received. They created a USPS tracking # but USPS never received the package. Suspect fraud and reported to authorities. Stay far far away!

They gave me fake items, the stuff they sell are reps. The words are spelled wrong graphics are bad and everything is wrong. 0/10

Avoid them
Avoid them. They are bad. An item paid for 19 euros was not available, well they only refunded me 9 euros.
I wrote and re-written to customer service but they never replied.
my worst experience e commerce.

Your items are either worth their money or more. There’s something for everyone on here and I love the prices. Overall a good place to shop for people who like shopping but don’t like to spend too much money

Low prices, many options, fast shipping!
Prices are low and some quality reflects that, but I have been pleasantly surprised with a lot of great quality items with LOW cost. That’s hard to find these days. Shipping from other countries normally takes a few weeks. Got items within a week and a half.

This business was previously trading as ‘Chiggate’ .
Back in March they were not able to deliver a pair of trainers, and ever since they were not able to provide a solution, an apology, and least, a refund.
Initially, they used a China based courier, and that was the tracking provided. When the order arrived in UK, it shifted to Hermes. The latter tried to deliver the parcel, but no one was home. I tried to contact Hermes, but the only tracking number I had was the Chinese! Chiggate then provided me with the Hermes tracking. I could never contact the courier because themselves are quite hard to contact. Then Chiggate said the parcel was with local Post Office. Clearly they do not have a clue that Hermes and Post Office are two separate companies!
Then stopped replying to my emails.
I never got a refund.
Please avoid this business. You will loose money.
