I purchased a keyboard kit (Tofu65Acrylic with PCB and Plate) I then realised that it will NOT have underflow, images on website are misleading.
I return in. they do not reimburse initial shipping $70, I then have to pay $136 to ship back to them. I explain this to customer service and am told "I can't do anything".
from my $380 purchase I will see less than HALF back, when I follow the return process, do not open it, do It on the day of receiving it.

Great customer service. They reached out to me to inform me that I had ordered stabilisers that were incompatible with the PCB I had picked, and offered to switch them out with a compatible set without cost, saving me a headache later on.

Excellent service! I got help with small details that I myself had missed. They made sure I was happy with my order. For some reason I had also ordered lube service twice and they realized this and refunded one of them, I know many companies which would not do that.

Attempted to change order based on no time given for group buy, chose my first choice of color. Instantly regretted choosing something not in stock. Spoke to CS on discord (all within 2 hours of payment) and was informed that my decided color for the GB was already in stock and could be processed in an expedited time. Just buy from them, they got everything any other company has, just better. :)

I ordered a keyboard kit that came with a defective PCB (half of the RGB lights do not work), so I contacted KBDFans via the chat on their site. Alice was my support contact, and she was understanding and extremely helpful in resolving my case. She followed up in a timely manner with a tracking number for the replacement PCB, as well as checking in to make sure I received my package. The replacement PCB works as intended, and I was able to finish building out my new keyboard. Thank you Alice for your assistance! I would shop at KBDFans again for my next keyboard needs.

Multiple issues with my Tofu66 keyboard, no help from customer service
I spent $500 ordering a custom pre-assembled Tofu65 keyboard from KBD 3-4 months ago. I have had constant issues with this keyboard since I got it. From the keys not responding on PC start-up as well as a damaged switch/stab which leaves my backspace key stuck/repeating. Customer service is little to no help, sending me youtube videos on how to disassemble and rebuild my own keyboard to fix it (I am not tech-savvy enough to do this), telling me to just take it somewhere to get it fixed, and being very short with responses. I asked multiple times if they could just repair the keyboard for me, and they say they can't because their repair service is "located internationally" and it's "expensive" so it seems they have no warranty or service to repair the keyboard. If I could go back I would not order from this site again.

Bella DIY kit and KAT Black on White Keycaps
I bought the keyboard DIY kit and the keycaps except for the cat paw ones from you guys. The keycaps are nice. KAT profile is interesting. They are "soft" and very quiet. I did not need to put anything between the PCB and the case (no foam, no rubber). This is an awesome keyboard... it was hard to build because my hands are shaky and the screws are small, but that is irrelevant. It feels solid, it sounds great!! I really enjoyed this. It was my first time building it. I will be building a tofu65 for myself with Gateron Black Inks. I am probably going to just use the same pudding caps that I was using on my old cooler master keyboard. Thank you again for the excellent service.
KBDfans has excellent service and quality products at reasonable prices. If you are starting to build your own keyboards then start here. Don't get yourself into the group buys until you find your passion. Don't spend 300+ (okay.. the bella kit was 300+ but there was more to it as the build was for my gf and she loves cats).
Edit: I just saw bad reviews.. does not make sense. Yes. It takes two weeks for packages to enter the USA from China.. this is actually common knowledge and if you order anything from China to the US you'll know it takes forever. Sorry about your kid's christmas but I'm sure he will understand that the package is coming if you learn simple international conventions regarding import and export... asking for your money back because foreign policy sucks makes no sense.
