Ordered ‘Sonny angels’ and they are fake. So disappointing, especially since they seem to have positive reviews on their website so I thought they were trustworthy. I can see on reddit and on this platform that many people have had the same experience. Awful.

I ordered Smiskis & Sonny Angels. They said shipping would be 5-7 days. Took 2 weeks. And then they showed up and they were fake beyond belief. Super disappointed

DO NOT BUY! This site only sells fakes, and refuses to refund. They’ll only refund if I send them back unopened and I have to pay for the return shipping to France myself. They’re obviously opened - Smiski Hippers - how else would I know that they’re fake? They also wanted details of how I knew they were fake. I may have fallen for the scam but I’m not that stupid, I’m not giving them the info to source better counterfeits.

Whilst it is unfortunate that so many of us have been scammed, it is great to see that many people are taking the time to document their experiences in the hope of preventing others from falling victim to these out and out criminals. There are not nearly as many of the “positive” fake reviews as before and so the company’s rating is falling as a consequence.
I know it is a pain to chase them for your money back but please, please persist. I have reported them to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and Trustpilot. Most importantly, contact your bank or credit card company. You will have to jump through hoops, respond to a couple of emails and provide evidence but, at the end of the day, you are entitled to a full refund as they have knowingly sold you counterfeit goods.
It has taken me five weeks to get all of my money back so keep at it and under no circumstances pay to return the goods to France - total and utter scam!

Went on the website, looking for a genuine Sonny Angel hippers as a gift for my friends for their birthdays. After looking at the website, it looked very genuine and the images they posted in their listing are pictures of actual packaging from the official Sonny Angel. when I received my packages, I found that they were all counterfeit, a.k.a. FAKE. Kind of strange how their website is all about genuine products when they send out counterfeit products I ordered nine items and all nine items are fake. I reached out to them complaining about my order and they offered me 30% refund and to keep the fake products or I have the option to send back all the items and I have to bear the burden of the return fees from USA to the UK, which is very ridiculous because how are you gonna make me pay for the return of products that were misleading and not what I was promised on your website listing! Make it make sense. It’s a complete scam and fraud. If you look up the reviews, there are so many people, including myself, that got scammed by this company. Take your business elsewhere because their products are not genuine.

My sonny angel was full price but is so obviously fake! I'm really disappointed. Buyers beware

I ordered 3 sonny angels and all were fake, the heads came off and the packaging was wrong. They offer a 50% off and never received it. Then they offer a full refund and I’m still waiting for me. They Absolutely a scam.

This company is selling forgery products at full price. I was given three smiski boxes, each from a different series and knew straight away from the box itself that they were not genuine.
It wouldn't have been so bad however, like stated before, these are being sold at £12. This is more than I have paid for the real thing.

DO NOT BUY My daughter used her own money and was so excited to receive her Sonny Angel Hippers only to be extremely disappointed finding out they were fake. The body and head color does not match. The paint is poorly applied and the head fell off of one. I requested a full refund. They better do the right thing. This needs to stop.

I did two order from them (both before I got the first product) for SONNY ANGELS and both are FAKE!!!!
I emailed the company and they lied about it saying they are 100% real but ive spoken to multiple people in person and taken them to stores that sell real sonny angels and everyone agreed about how fake they were. My friend has the same sonny angel as the one I pulled and it was so different, quality here is a joke. company doesn't care, AVOID AVOID! I have emailed them again for a refund on both products but doubt they will care. so disappointing.

Order stated delivery in 5-7 days and arrived 3 weeks later which should have been the first red flag. Given that the price on Kawaii sphere of sonny angels reflects that of real sonny angels I didn't think too much in to it. But please learn from my mistake and don't buy from here as they are very clearly fake. The design is so poor, and the paint is messy and peeling away. The heads won't stay on and they are so light and flimsy. I have numerous real sonny angels and the ones from kawaii sphere are laughable. Buy from sonny angels direct or a confirmed sonny angel retailer. This website is fraudulent and practicing illegal activity. Please report them also, I have reported them direct to Sonny Angel.

It seems like they have a well thought out plan, drop ship fakes from Ali Express, offer a 30% refund when you complain, then 50% refund (which they won't send anyway) and if you argue for a full refund they will say the items need to be sent back due to 'tax regulations' but won't explain these said tax regulations. Obviously, no one is going to pay for them to be tracked to Paris, where they are claiming they are based, so the scam artists keep the full amount of money. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Bought 2 Sonny Angels and both were fake.

Et une arnaque de plus… je m’en veux, je suis vigilante d’habitude mais là je me suis fait avoir comme d’autres personnes apparemment malheureusement ; commande de Sonny Angels qui sont des contrefaçons ( les ailes de l’une des figurines ne sont même pas blanches et le sachet ne porte pas la mention «  Sonny Angels » ; en plus sur le site officiel il apparaît comme liste de sites à éviter car frauduleux … je vais essayer de les contacter mais à mon avis c’est peine perdue 😞

Disgusting website who willingly sell counterfeit goods and try to lie to customers and say that it is an isolated incident. There is a slew of evidence to the contrary on Reddit and Trustpilot. They offer 30%, then 50% refund and push for customers to return the goods overseas at their own cost. Untrustworthy illegal behaviour avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from Kawaiisphere. The Sonny Angels I received were fake. Any positive reviews on here are likely fake too – this site is a scam.

I wasn’t even offered a refund until I left a review exposing the issue. Only then did they respond and say they’d refund me if I took the review down. I’m posting this again because people deserve to know the truth.

Don’t waste your hard-earned money on this scam.

So I left a review last week and their Operations Director, Gabriel, emailed me and asked me to remove the review. In return I would receive a full refund and keep the items. I never received a refund and their response from their customer service team has been one of the worst experiences I've had. Emma, their "Head of After-Sales Service", is a con-artist.

This is another scam by this scam company. They will send fake items, promise a refund, then go silent on you. Please do not fall for this trap!!

As for the items; the sad part is that people who haven't seen the originals up close probably would be none the wiser, but I recently had the privilege of being in Tokyo for 3 weeks, where I purchased 8 Smiskis from the Shinjuku Don Quijote and 4 from Tokyo Haneda Airport (both reputable sellers) and the difference in quality is very clear to see. The boxes are about half the size, the paper inside is smaller and extremely thin, and the Smiskis themselves are world's apart.. Not the same colour, weird smaller head, flimsy material used, sharp protruding edges and the whole thing has a weird glossy look to it, whereas the genuine Smiski has a matte effect.

Please don't be duped into buying these, especially at £12 each! The funniest part is that I also tried buying some clear fakes from Temu at £1.32 a piece and they're so much better quality than what KawaiiSphere produced!

For the real deal, visit sites like BabyWatch, Manchild or Dreams USA. For decent "fakes" get them off Temu for a quid. DO NOT buy them from KawaiiSphere because they're just laughing at those who do.

I purchased what was advertised as a genuine Sonny Angel from KawaiiSphere.com. What arrived was clearly a counterfeit item — poor quality, incorrect packaging, and not consistent with the brand.

When I contacted the company, they initially offered only a 30% refund, then 50%, but refused to provide a full refund unless I paid for return shipping myself. I made it clear this was unacceptable given the product was not as described and likely in breach of consumer laws.

After challenging them further, they stopped responding entirely. I’m now reporting them to consumer protection agencies.

Avoid this site — they do not sell genuine products and rely on customers accepting partial refunds and giving up.

I purchased 3 marine series Sonny angels for my daughter’s birthday and when they arrived I was beyond shocked.
The boxes are thin cardboard, not the normal packaging for a Sonny Angel, painting is atrocious, plastic moulding is awful, not worth 1p each. They are obviously cheap
Chinese copies that they are reselling by as genuine. They aren’t based in London or France as their website states as they do not reply within UK business hours, they reply through the night. The packaging label from Yodel was removed by me and there is clearly a label from China that has gone through customs.
When I contacted them they keep offering discounts to keep them (classic drop-shipper tactics) or send them back to France at my cost before a refund would be given.
They fall into the category of tat!
