Knockoffs

Neither items I bought were accurate to the image. These were meant to be a present to replace a friend's damaged item. I bought a desk mat and the writing was printed backwards. The site is selling knockoffs :/

This is totally disappointed 😔 your have lost your first impressions by s nding a totally wrong product and not what have you showed in the picture. Please don't do this this will ruin your image and trust and your business complete. I need my refund as I am totally disappointed and did not expect this from you by sending a low quality product and not the one you showed.

I have not ordered this product at all the image was different and the product which you have sent to complete different not at all acceptable. Take your product back and refund the money

Absolut lobenswerter Kundenservice

Ich war zuerst etwas skeptisch aber habe es trotzdem probiert, ich habe 2 Dinge Bestellt, ein Shirt und eine Hose, das Shirt kam nach so ca. 2 Wochen an, die Hosen jedoch nicht. Eine Woche später habe ich den Support kontaktiert. Kurzer Hand wurde mir mitgeteilt meine Lieferung ging verloren. Im gleichen Zuge wurde mir eine Rückerstattung oder ein neues wählbares Produkt mit 5€ Preiserhöhung über meinem bezahlten Angeboten.
Ich hatte mein Vergnügen mit Sam, er war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe meine Auswahl getroffen und er leitete alles in die Wege für mich. Leider kam es zu einem seltenen fall, dass diese Hose wieder verloren ging. Aber ohne grosse Mühen wurde bereits ein neues Produkt versant bei der Zeit meiner nachfrage. Dies kam dann auch nach ça. 2 Wochen an.
Von der Qualität bin ich Positiv überrascht gewesen, es wirkt hochwertig und gut für den Preis und die Grösse L passt sogar grösseren Menschen (1.86m) und ist nicht eng oder zu kurz.
Ich war sehr positiv überrascht über die Qualität aber auch über den Kundenservice.
Ich werde es definitiv wieder für Bestellungen in Betracht ziehen, ebenfalls war ich positiv überrascht, dass es wirklich keine Lieferkosten gab obwohl dies ja normalerweise dazu gehört.
Meiner Meinung nach sehr gut umgesetzt und super Kundenservice. 10/10 erfreut mein Gemüt.

Einfach super!

Einfach super!! Ich hatte viel Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice, der durchweg super zuvorkommend war, schnell reagiert hat, unglaublich freundlich in der Kommunikation gewesen ist und wirklich hilfreich.
Lieferung hat nach Deutschland 9 Tage gedauert, also auch wirklich schnell.
Das Kleid, was ich gekauft habe, ist exakt der Beschreibung entsprechend, qualitativ einwandfrei, keine Billigware, sondern wirklich super schön und genau wie auf den Bildern. Da man sich an genauen Maßangaben orientieren kann, passt es mir auch wie angegossen.

I ordered two pairs of shoes

I ordered two pairs of shoes, but the tracking only showed one initially. I contacted their support, and they responded quickly and sorted it out right away. The pair I got is adorable - my daughter just loves them and wears them constantly!

My go-to online fashion store

Very cute online store. They sell clothing and accessories that I'm not able to buy locally, and I loveee lolita stuff :D. For me, shipping usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks.

Kawaii Online Boutique

While some products may be available at a lower cost elsewhere, after some research, I think this shop is a trustworthy source. My extensive order arrived in pristine condition, exactly as envisioned, although it did take a bit of time. Overall, it was a delightful shopping experience.
