A few months back kinda enjoyed Katsubet. Played a few times withdrew small amounts. Than had a decent 300 dollar and wouldn't you guess, I had to verify my account. The account that already was accepted for deposits and even received withdraws? To say the least I was confused, however since my ID and account info is airtight I continued the process. But then guess what the confirmation numbers on my deposit from bank was no good the screenshot if deposits were no good. Really confused now, I contacted support and the info the bank app gave me was just not enough to verify the account. The account I had already received withdraws too. This must be a mistake I thought to myself. I contacted support. It was no mistake. I asked them if they could help me, but no the the info i provided in the account i already received withdraws too was not satisfactory for a 300 dollar withdrawal. After the bad taste the ridiculous verification process left in my mouth and the absolute zero help from customer support I chalked it up to Katsubet just doesn't wanna pay. What else could I think? How can you let withdraws go yo a account then deny it over info that I just can't provide from banking app. Absolute crap experience. While I appreciate Katsubet's fast and responsive customer support, I can't recommend them due to their deceptive bonus practices.
I accepted a free spins bonus with no terms and conditions listed. After making a deposit and completing the wagering, I won 329 NZD. However, the casino confiscated my winnings, claiming a hidden 40 NZD max cashout rule that was never disclosed.
I have an email from Katsubet's own system that confirms my 329 NZD win. When I brought this up with their support team, they admitted that the bonus terms were "not visible on the site."
In short, Katsubet is quick to respond but operates with a fundamental lack of transparency.
