Ordered March 8, 2026, no order status even though website says allow 3-4 business days. Have sent 2 emails for status and have not received any information. I can only comment of the absolutely awful customer service since I haven't received my order.

I ordered in Novem 25, supposed to arrive around December in time for Christmas. Have not received anything yet. I have sent 2 emails to their email address on the website and have gotten no replies.
Do not buy. Save your money.

scam, i bought some stuff on November 13 2025 and never got any email with tracking information and i never will, don't buy

PlacedOrder #128941 on December 9, 2025. Received a tracking number from the country of origin, which the US was not able to look into for me as I never received the item messaged them on Facebook Instagram through their Facebook page through the Shopify app never received a response besides a tracking number that never showed delivered never got a refund or any reason as to why I never got my item.

Lieferung viel zu lange gebraucht. Fühlt sich komplett billig an. Sieht ein wenig ig cool aus ja aber mehr auch nicht. Die gratis items wurden auch nicht mit geschickt und nach 3 maligen kontakt keine antwort

I placed my order on December 5, the package did arrive to the UAE until February 6th. The katana's and swords are amazing, but I didn't receive my 3 mystery gifts and the slow process was because if PostNL. Overall, if your living near China, then highly recommend otherwise maybe consider MiniKatana.

Ordered 05/12/25, email chasing up sent 23/12/25. Items received 20/01/26. No communication from the seller other than a dispatch email. The katanas are nice but I feel they are over priced and can be bought much cheaper from some common Chinese selling sites. Obviously I've had a teen waiting almost a month past Christmas to receive one of their gifts. Also didn't receive the free stand that was supposed to come with buying 3 Katanas. Overall disappointing experience.

Ordered a gift for my grandson, for a Christmas gift. Never received it. Had to file a suit through my bank. Completely a scam. Save your money.

Absolute scam. The last time you hear from them is the email confirming you've given them cash.

2/3 Bestellten Schlüsselanhängern kamen nicht an wegen angeblicher Lieferschwierigkeiten, obwohl sie im Shop als Verfügbar angezeigt werden. Nach mehreren Nachfragen per Mail gab es nur wischi waschi Beschwichtigung und dann kam gar nichts mehr.

Looks like scammers ordered items not delivered emailed several times no response arranged to claim back payment from card don't trust them scammers.
Have reported them to the NCSC

I placed my order 12/6/25 still haven't received. I've sent 3 e-mails no response! Don't waste your money!

I ordered a couple katanas on 12/5 for a Xmas present for my son. It’s 12/24 and it’s not even shipped. I emailed them on 12/19 and never got a response. Very disappointing. Looks like I’ll have to file a dispute.

They don’t answer emails. No update on my order since December 3rd. I ordered a Christmas present for my boyfriend and it is already late :(((

Avoid these scammers!
Ordered a Katana on 5th December for a Christmas present which was to be shipped between 5 and 13 days. Order did not ship.
Contacted by email and through their website for info on the order. No replies at all.
Sent another message asking to cancel and refund order. No reply.
Contacted Paypal for a refund which I received within 5 minutes. Thanks Paypal.
Avoid at all costs! Very unprofessional.
Oh, and notice NO replies to any of the reviews on Trustpilot either?! I wonder why?

It takes forever to dispatch the order (mine has not been dispatched yet after more than 10 days) but they do not even reply to emails.
Do not waste money, it is a bluff company

The product is solid and it came after 3 weeks it’s normal from the distance that came from so it’s not a big deal the quality is pretty good and I’m pleased with the katanas however the freebies promised never arrived I have recently inquire them about it and I will update if they do something about it

I placed an order with Katana Kult INC on March 3rd, and as of April 15th, I have still not received either the item or a refund. What followed was over a month of delays, inconsistent communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.

After weeks of no real updates, I was finally told the katana I ordered was on backorder. I offered to switch to another model (Vergil’s Yamato) – no confirmation. I followed up multiple times, only to be told much later that my shipping address was unreachable (something they should have verified before accepting the order).

I even provided a U.S. shipping address to help resolve the issue and avoid the refund process, but they continued to ignore messages or reply after several days with vague updates like “waiting for confirmation from management.”

I’ve been more than patient, but this company clearly doesn’t value their customers' time or trust. As of writing this, I am still waiting for either the item to be shipped or the refund to be processed.

Absolutely would not recommend. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an order in September; it's March, and I still don't have my order, and I think I never will. Due to the tracking link they provided, my order was delivered to a different address (a different city). The support team did nothing; they just said they were checking what happened. After some time and my angry emails, they resent my order. But the problem is, they didn't check the correct shipping address with me, and sent it to a totally different city again. I've never received any of that, and they are ignoring me now when I say I want a refund. I DO NOT recommend the seller. It was a horrible experience and a loss of money.
