Kasumi Japan Omdömen 

Dealing with a company called Kasumi Japan I expected to get Kasumi sharpening stones. I didn't even get the grits I ordered.Ordered one at 3000 grit and 8,000 grit. and one at 5000 and 10000 grit. Both arrived as 5,000 and 10,000 grit. The one marked Katasima is certainly not what it says it is the 5,000 is by feel a 500 grit a coarse stone. Above that is very difficult to know without special particle size analysis equipment. No idea who this company is. I have used Kasumi stones for years and they are excellent but I wouldn't use these for anything but crude tool sharpening as I have no trust in what they are. Real Kasumi stones are made in Seki this is not the address given for this company.
I had a look at the knife section. Kasumi knives from a London retailer are clearly marked in English. The ones on this web site are marked in Japanese, no idea what it say but it is not the same as Kasumi knives.
I can't say it is a scam because they actually don't claim to be selling Kasumi knives or stones but it is near to it. The goods were shipped from Viet Nam not Japan. You need to be very careful.

Very sharp knife but I wish a little bit more thicker.

I receive them a two weeks ago and the handle is loose, and corrosions started!! I will not bay them again!

Disappointed with a small nick on one of the knives. Quality control not the best.

I have a collection of knives, probably more than 15, and I always get knives as gifts from my kids and friends who are fully aware of my interests. I was impressed by their website and the pictures of their knives. So I ordered the Bunka 185mm vg10 knife.
What I received was not vg10. The steel looked like my kitchen sink grain and all. The tang rattled a bit in the handle, it couldn’t have been more than 5cm deep in the handle. This company is misrepresenting its offerings. They sell knives that are poorest of quality. Not to mention Walmart.com had the very same knife listed for $49 plus 15% duty.I gave Kasumi Japan $103 and that was supposed to be 50% off. SCAM!!!!!!!That was after my purchase. Not a good sign if you’re expecting a quality Japanese steel knife. Their website is on point their knife was junk, literally. I wouldn’t gift this nonsense to an enemy. Avoid this company if your shopping for a quality Japanese steel knife.
