Jaz, Carley and all the team at Karuna are the LOVELIEST people! Karuna is like a little sanctuary for wellness, where you can get personalised massage treatments or try out one of many special treatments or events!

I've been going to Karuna for years and will never stop ❤️ Jaz has done wonders for my bad back and shoulders and every penny spent is so worth it! Took my grandma there and Jas basically fixed her frozen shoulder within an hour!

I’ve been going to see Jaz for years now and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Without fail I always leave relaxed, lighter and just generally happier and less stressed. The whole team are amazing and friendly and always happy to answer my millions of questions.

I chose the 75 minute foot reflexology treatment. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Jaz was great and explained everything to me. The treatment was amazing and so relaxing, I could have lied there all day! I will definitely be coming back for another treatment as I can already feel the benefits. Thank you so much.
