Ordered samples I’m definitely getting it all over the ground floor just trying to find a colour that matches the new kitchen and extension but also my hallway and lounge.

Visited the Karndean showroom in Evesham today and was greeted by a lovely young lady named Poppy. She was extremely helpful, very polite and knowledgeable and my husband and I felt very valued as customers. Poppy is certainly an asset to Karndean and I hope they appreciate her efforts as we did. Needless to say the quality of Karndean products is excellent and we will certainly be using their flooring for our house. Would highly recommend Karndean to anyone considering a new flooring.

Prompt response

Very helpful and professional from the door on entering to our departure and escort to our car. We were allowed to view numerous designs with coffee and then provided with samples which were hand carried to our car. Well done Kiya.

Great selection of free samples and they came promptly

I first sent away for three small samples of flooring but wasn't sure that any were the right product for me. So I sent for another one and like the first order it arrived in very quick time and the second sample just fits the bill. Will be ordering from my local stockist. Very pleased.

Samples received promptly and solved our choice of flooring

This was my third visit to the Evesham showroom. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. I was able to browse all the collections at leisure and there was always someone to help with any questions I had. For me this was mainly Kaitlin who was brilliant. She answered all my questions and got samples of tiles and co-ordinating design strips together for me to take away. I never felt rushed or under pressure even when I visited close to closing time. Definitely recommended.
