No empathy or professionalism towards hair loss sufferers. Just rented a room in Harley street. Company have turned off pictures on this app , (they’re on Google) I’ll let the picture do the talking. Look at how my face was left…Yellow uneven lines. Faded within 2 weeks as the treatment wasn’t carried out properly using the correct ink. Blamed on having alopecia!
Spelling mistakes in emails not even a penny returned. Had to go through solicitors but their company isn’t even registered as a makeup artist profession. AVOID! !

Why are all reviews written been invited??... Only if the treatment goes to plan.

Recently travelled up to London to have my eyebrows micro bladed by Karen. I can honestly say I'm delighted with the results. Thank you for helping me get my confidence back.

I have just had my eyebrows micro bladed by Sharon and I am delighted with the results. I went from having sparse, patchy brows and having to pencil them in daily (and not making a very good job of it myself) to beautifully shaped brows in under 2 hours. Sharon put me at my ease and I felt very relaxed throughout the whole process. I am so very happy with the results and feel like a new woman! It's even given me a natural lift to my eye and I wish I had had it done sooner. What a difference my brows have made to my face. I am 55 years old and my brows have given definition to my whole face. Thank you Sharon for being very professional, offering advice and giving me a whole new look!

About 7 years ago my eyebrows disappeared. I found a Daily Mail article about tattooing eyebrows and Karen’s name was among several names mentioned. I have never looked back and continually have my eyebrows praised.

I’m so happy I did my Lips with Karen…. I just love my lips now…. Best thing I ever did in my life….Karen understood what I really wanted and just did the magic… now my lips have an amazing shape and beautiful colour..

I didn't find them professional at all. I emailed them a while back, and they said they would send me some info out. I chased it, as I didn't receive anything, and still nothing after asking me more questions. This is not good service at all. Surely you can instantly send a pdf without all this to-ing and fro-ing!
I found a place in Bedfordshire with 5 star reviews at half the price, so they did me a favour really.

I am delighted with my eyebrows! This is my second visit to Karen Betts. I only trust Karen Betts with my eyebrows as unfortunately my brows were a disaster first time round - I ended in slugs on my face which took ages to fade.

Carrina was amazing: she was patient and attentive in making sure my brows were just the way I wanted them and perfect in every way. She was kind and friendly - making me feel very relaxed during the whole process and providing helpful advice about how to care for my brows. I highly recommend her and will definitely see her again when I need a re-touch. Thank you!!

Why can’t more businesses be as brilliant as this one. I had my eyebrows micro-bladed at the Yorkshire clinic with Gemma. I had wanted to have them done for many years, but was worried in case they went wrong. Now I have had them done I cannot believe I waited so long. I had very sparse eyebrows before, that definitely weren’t symmetrical and I usually disliked having my picture taken because of them. The end results however have really surpassed all my expectations and I cannot thank or recommend Gemma highly enough. You most definitely get what you pay for and that’s a brilliant service from start to finish. Karen has built a wonderful business here, with an amazing team.

I visited the Karen Betts Clinic in Harley Street, London, yesterday to say I’m thrilled and totally satisfied with my new brows is an understatement i’m Over the moon I really am . The treatment was almost painless and Karina my therapist was amazing so patient, very thorough and kind.
I have already had some compliments from friends and family and I would one hundred per cent recommend it to anyone who is not happy with their eyebrows.

The service was excellent from start to finish. This morning for the first time in 2 year I didn’t need to draw my eyebrows back in - it felt fantastic and they look great. Nothing but complements for their shape and the quality of the work. As a person who has never had any facial work I was very nervous but I would not hesitate to recommend Karen Betts Professional to any one wanting a professional high quality service.

I am so happy with the results of my micro blading Everyone i know is also impressed, they have made such a difference to my confidence and appearance, I can’t wait for the touch up even though I don’t really think I need it they look so good.

I have a microblading treatment with Carrina once every 12 to 18 months and she always does an amazing job. She takes a lot of care to properly shape your brows and confirm you are happy with the colour and shape,and the results are fantastic. She is professional, warm and friendly and I always feel in very capable hands when I have an appointment with her.

Would not go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. Vicky is brilliant and listens to what you would like to achieve. The result is always fabulous! A truly professional and pleasant establishment to visit.

Have just had a colour boost on my eyebrows - perfectly carried out by Vicki (who is amazing). Incredibly professional and as usual I am thrilled to bits with the result. My eyebrows have gradually disappeared over the years, and it was becoming such a pain having to pencil them in (not very well) so it is now wonderful to have them back again as it makes such a difference. They are just perfect !!! Thank you so much Vicki !!!

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Gemma did my brows exactly as I had asked and I absolutely love them. Highly recommended for anyone who is unsure about semi permanent make up.

Can I give 10 stars? Can't praise this establishment enough, I'm so happy with my results. So many of us have over plucked our brows over the years. I decided to bite the bullet and have the treatment. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, explained the look I was going for, but in the end I took the advice of the expert. Very friendly, polite and professional, she also explained everything and what to be expect after having each treatment. I'm definitely a advocate, keep up the great work, see you in 12-18 months. I can honestly say, I am one very happy woman ;-)

I am an existing customer and went for a lip colour boost.

As I am getting older my lip line was beginning to look slightly thinner. Karen "tweeked" the shape and the subtle change has made such a difference, my lips look fuller but also very natural and I am more than happy with the end result.

I know I am always in good hands with Karen and her team.

The service I receive is always first class, and the administration staff are also extremely helpful and very friendly.

Been wanting my eyebrows micro bladed for about 3 years but was so nervous. I did a fair bit of research and after reading many reviews decided to go with Karen Betts . Carrina was brilliant, I was nervous beforehand but instantly pleased with results , shape was amazing and colour spot on, had my follow up appointment yesterday and can’t stop looking at them - just can’t wait for healing process to be over so I can appreciate my brows fully.

I had my brows micro bladed by Carrina at Karen Betts, my friend had been and so I’d requested Carrina especially after how good my friends are.
I was really nervous about if I’d done the right thing, my brows are not too bad anyway, but just needed filling in.
The process was explained in depth and the the procedure wasn’t too painful, the result....I’m speechless, beyond happy and this is day one!
I’ve seen some real shockers out there and so I do really believe you get what you pay for, you may find it’s a little bit more than other places, but worth every penny. Carrina is highly recommend and I can see why. Looking forward to my top up next month.
