Kaplan Committment to Pass
We are confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you'll pass your exam on the first try. If not, take advantage of the Kaplan Commitment.
If you sit for the state exam within 30 days of completing your licensing program (or less if your specific state regulations requires) and do not pass, Kaplan will continue to support your studies for the same state exam at no cost to you. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized study plan unique to your specific strengths and weaknesses. You will also continue to have access to Kaplan’s exam prep tools and expert instructors up to 18 months (this may vary by state) from initiation as long as you are engaged in your studies and adhere to the plan.
*Kaplan Commitment applies to course purchases on or after 8/26/24. Kaplan reserves the right to adjust the continued study access period (in accordance with state licensing agency rules), and in no event will the access period and support services extend beyond 18 months. This offer is void in states where prohibited. There are no extra costs for Kaplan resources associated with the Kaplan Commitment for students. Easy Breezy
The work book and test presentations are easy to navigate for each subject. All questions asked are ones that are easily forgotten in our day-to-day real estate experiences. Kaplan takes the 'dread' out of the CE work. Thank you.
