Kaplan Committment to Pass
We are confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you'll pass your exam on the first try. If not, take advantage of the Kaplan Commitment.
If you sit for the state exam within 30 days of completing your licensing program (or less if your specific state regulations requires) and do not pass, Kaplan will continue to support your studies for the same state exam at no cost to you. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized study plan unique to your specific strengths and weaknesses. You will also continue to have access to Kaplan’s exam prep tools and expert instructors up to 18 months (this may vary by state) from initiation as long as you are engaged in your studies and adhere to the plan.
*Kaplan Commitment applies to course purchases on or after 8/26/24. Kaplan reserves the right to adjust the continued study access period (in accordance with state licensing agency rules), and in no event will the access period and support services extend beyond 18 months. This offer is void in states where prohibited. There are no extra costs for Kaplan resources associated with the Kaplan Commitment for students. Great Company to use for Real Estate and continuing education.
I first used Bob Hogue when I started in the real estate business for my studies, continuing education credits, and licensing requirements. The experience was smooth from the beginning. I never had any issues, and they actually answered their phone when I needed help, which made a big difference.
Going forward, I’ll be continuing with Kaplan. Their system is easy to use, payments are simple, and they do exactly what they promise. Overall, both experiences have been reliable and professional, which is exactly what you want when working toward your real estate education and licensing.

The font is so small that your eyes…
The font is so small that your eyes tire more quickly as you read (and there's a lot of reading to do). And, getting back to where you left off each time you re-open the materials is not at all clear on the opening page. Sometimes I wasted valuable time trying to figure that out. Need to do something about that.

Great product and customer service
I was looking for a company that would send me a book and let me take the quiz online. A friend recommended Kaplan. I goofed my original order on a weekend and sent a chat message. Before I could even call on the next business day, my error was corrected and the book was on its way. Then, when I was ready to get my certificate, I missed a misspelling so my certificate was wrong. I called and within hours they corrected my error. I commend this group for providing good material and great customer service and a reasonable price for the renewal.

Redundancy in the beginning and at the…
Redundancy in the beginning and at the end of each segment. You are forced to watch the same videos in their entirety for each section of the course. Once is enough.
Some of their video instructors go over the required time to complete the course and you can’t complete the course unless you let each video play to completion, even the redundant videos.
I had trouble with getting Kaplans system to load and operate correctly on several occasions. This is not an easy and cooperative system to work in. I will not be using Kaplan again.
