Kaplan Committment to Pass
We are confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you'll pass your exam on the first try. If not, take advantage of the Kaplan Commitment.
If you sit for the state exam within 30 days of completing your licensing program (or less if your specific state regulations requires) and do not pass, Kaplan will continue to support your studies for the same state exam at no cost to you. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized study plan unique to your specific strengths and weaknesses. You will also continue to have access to Kaplan’s exam prep tools and expert instructors up to 18 months (this may vary by state) from initiation as long as you are engaged in your studies and adhere to the plan.
*Kaplan Commitment applies to course purchases on or after 8/26/24. Kaplan reserves the right to adjust the continued study access period (in accordance with state licensing agency rules), and in no event will the access period and support services extend beyond 18 months. Quick and Easy
Quick and easy. Kaplan was great, however, they just did what the State requires. My concern is the continuing ed requirement appears to be just a money making scam rather than a real educational course. I know, I can learn more on my own but I want the entire industry to rise to a greater level of competency. We should require more.

Great CE classes overall
Great CE classes overall. They are mainly focused on large cities areas and not rural areas. The technical support is not responding in the timely manner.

Great option for completing my renewal…
Great option for completing my renewal 14 hour CE. The book and test sheet came to me in the mail and I gave it a shot. So glad I did! It was so easy a caveman could do it! Lol In all seriousness though, they provided great, easy to follow information and recording the test online was a breeze. They uploaded to the state and the next morning I completed my renewal. I'll definitely do this again next renewal period.

Will Not Use Again!
You should disclose there are exams after each unit before purchasing. In addition, passing of these exams are 90%, seriously? If I knew either of these prior to, I would have never used this company for my CE. Never Again!
