Nous sommes des québécois qui ont fait confiance à l’agence Vietnam Découverte sur la recommandation d’un ami et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Nous avons fait la Thaïlande, le Laos et le Vietnam en 42 jours et l’agence est très fiable. Tous nos chauffeurs et guides ont été parfait et au rendez-vous. Un merci particulier à Haï pour le Nord du Vietnam. Malgré son jeune âge il a été parfait, sympathique et à l’écoute constante de nos besoins, il va nous manquer. Les hôtels et home stay ont été selon nos attentes et nos déplacements en avion et train étaient bien planifiés, un gros merci à Mme Trang Vu, Mai et toute l’équipe qui nous ont accueilli dans leurs bureaux de façon très chaleureuse.

Nhung, notre conseillère Kampa Tour nous a organisé un voyage sur mesure. Nous avons eu plusieurs contacts via Whatsapp pour élaborer un circuit vraiment personnalisé de 17 jours Vietnam / Cambodge. Nous étions deux avec guides et chauffeurs privés. A Hanoï notre guide (Thanh Hien) était remarquable. Tous nos guides parlaient bien français, les voitures étaient des 4x4 de grande qualité et les chauffeurs prudents. Le circuit a été respecté à la lettre. De plus lors de notre passage à l'agence Nhung s'est occupée de nous obtenir nos visas pour le Cambodge : quel soulagement! Nous avons fait un superbe voyage dans des conditions de confort exceptionnelles : nous étions attendus à la sortie des aéroports, les hôtels étaient excellents et très bien situés, nous choisissions l'heure de départ à notre convenance. Sur la croisière Baie d'Halong, nous avons été surclassés dans la plus belle cabine du bateau. Nous ne sommes pas près d'oublier, d'autant plus qu'il faisait un soleil radieux. Il n'y a eu aucune fausse note dans ce voyage. Kampa Tour est une agence très, très sérieuse, qui ne laisse rien au hasard; nous la recommandons vivement. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir du Vietnam et du Cambodge, de la gentillesse des habitants, des paysages grandioses et des magnifiques monuments. We recently returned from a 20-day, four-person family holiday spanning Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, organised entirely by Kampá Tours, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Very much enjoyed working with Kampa Tours on my recent trip! Kent made it easy from start to finish. He put together the perfect itinerary for my dates and desires, and communicated effectively throughout the trip.

Everything was arranged with care. We met with our travel consultant in their office and went through the tailor made itinerary in detail. We booked a tour through Cao Bang and Ba Be National Park. They provided many options and also took into consideration two of our group who are vegetarians. On top of that, our tour guide was the most friendly guy ever and knew the best spots on all locations for good photos and videos. 100% would recommend.

Kent Le from Kampá organized a fantastic week of trekking and nature in the mountains towns of northern Vietnam. We were in correspondence for over 10 months to plan and organize the tour, and he never once failed to delight us. There was absolutely no hiccups or hitches throughout the week of trekking and he was always checking-up on us and responding very quickly when we had a question…even on the weekends! Working with Kent on the quote was also delightful as he was very responsive and quick to follow-up on any and all commitments. He made great choices with our accommodations and the drivers and trekking guide he arranged were always on-time, safe, and professional. I can’t recommend Kent and Kampá enough. We worked with Ngoc Thinh (Kent) who was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional for our trip to Hanoi. He helped us adapt our itinerary, and checked in with us throughout our trip to make sure we didn’t miss any activities or our outbound flight. I felt comfortable from early on in my correspondence with Kent in kampatour.com that he was reliable. Any questions that I had were promptly answered with good detail. Our tour guide and driver were really good and provided a wealth of information about villages and peoples around the Ha Giang loop. We really enjoyed our trip.

Sinceramente penso che questa vacanza sia una delle migliori che abbia mai fatto. Organizzazione eccellente: sempre una guida in Italiano e un autista a nostra disposizione per accontentarci in tutto. Tutte le visite alle citta ed ai luoghi di interesse sempre organizzate benissimo con spazio anche per le nostre attivita personali. Anche gli spostamenti in aereo organizzati molto bene, senza mai essere in affanno per paura di perdere il volo.
Consiglio vivamente la agenzia. La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva Tutto è stato organizzato molto bene, le guide in italiano sono state molto disponibili, anche in qualche piccolo cambiamento del programma. Gli autisti sempre puntualissimi e gentili, i tempi sempre calcolati in modo da non dover fare le cose di corsa.
Gli hotel in posizioni ottimali , in alcuni casi al di sopra della loro categoria, sempre puliti e con ottimi servizi. Ampia scelta nelle colazioni.

We chose this agency, following numerous reviews both on the internet and in our various travel guides.
Communication to establish our circuit was very easy (by email then by whatsapp).
The two guides we had for our stay were wonderful, we highly recommend them, in the North and the South we had a guide called THAO.
The entire organization - arrival, activities, accommodation, transport - was really up to standard.
In short, if you want to visit Vietnam or another country in South Asia, do not hesitate to contact Vietnam Découverte (local agency, full of pleasant people).
We are already thinking about going back and calling on this agency.

Nous sommes enchantés de ce circuit de 23 jours "La beauté cachée du Vietnam et du Cambodge", élaboré sur mesure en tenant compte de toutes nos demandes par Nhung collaboratrice de l'agence Vietnam Découverte.
En amont, Nhung nous a contacté plusieurs fois sur WhatsApp avec patience et professionnalisme, pour finaliser un circuit qui nous convienne parfaitement, avec toutes les visites que nous souhaitions faire et qui rentrait dans notre budget. Les hôtels aussi étaient très bien choisis et très confortables.
A l'arrivée l'organisation a été sans faille.
Nous avons apprécié le confort d'être attendus par des chauffeurs (toujours ponctuels) et accompagnés par des guides francophones qui nous ont fait découvrir plus intimement le pays à chacune de nos étapes et nous ont guidés dans le choix des restaurants. Mention spéciale pour le Y Thao Garden dans la cité impériale de Hué, le Morning Glory à Hoi Han et le Rice Field à Saïgon.
Nous avons découvert des paysages somptueux, une histoire riche, des monuments inoubliables et des gens extraordinairement gentils et souriants. Entre autre, nous n'oublierons pas notre guide Lundy de Phnom Penh qui nous a bouleversé par son récit de la période Kmers Rouges qu'il a vécue quand il avait 15 ans.
En un mot nous avons fait un périple extraordinaire.

We very much enjoyed our 3 weeks fantastic trip through Vietnam & Cambodia thanks to the very professional organization of the whole tour: very experienced and polite guides, gifted and polite drivers, many beautiful sights that we visited and breathtaking landscapes through which we walked or travelled by bike or boat. The travel consultant was very caring and always one step behind us. Every evening reassuring that we arrived safe at the next hotel and that we were satisfied of the excursions. We felt very safe throughout the whole trip and were well taken care of. The hotels we stayed in had the 4* and 5* quality as promised. The food in Vietnam is delicious. We only had positive surprises and are happy to recommend this high professional company. We will come back to Vietnam.
