The website is very comprehensive and easy to navigate when looking for specific information…very well design and full of content.

I cannot believe this site has a high rating and leads me to believe they have people writing fake reviews. I ordered a bra and the quality is extremely poor, and the sides of the bra flare out awkwardly. The item looks very cheaply made and nothing like the photos advertised. The company also claims to offer a “100% return guarantee,” yet when I contacted them to initiate a return, my request was denied. Based on this experience, it feels like false advertising intended to make a quick profit, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The photograph depicting what was being ordered was a big beautiful Boston hanging fern. I ordered two of them, $50 each. What arrived were too small pieces of fake fern that I can’t put anywhere. What a total rip off and very deceitful. Wouldn’t trust them with any product.

Liar.Liar Pants on fire. This is a corrupt and unprincipled organization. Do NOT order from them.
On May 16, I placed an order for a reading support device. Within about five seconds, I received an offer to use a $5 off coupon. Of course I accepted, thinking it was for the device I had just ordered. To my surprise, when I looked at the order receipt, there were two devices on it. I tried to remove the second item, but there was no way to do that. I immediately wrote asking that the second item be removed. I received an answer back that alterations in the order could only be made within five (5) minutes and my request had arrived after that time frame. To add insult to injury, I am told that I have to pay for the return of the second item that was placed on my order without my permission.
Although when I contacted Kalsten on May 16 within less than half an hour after placing the order to ask that the second item be removed, I was told that was impossible, since the order was "deep" in the order process so altering the order was impossible. Today I received a message that The order was being processed. What? I was told three days ago that the order was so "deep" in the process that altering it was not possible. Liars! Liars! Poor business practices!!!!
Kalston is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE company and I advise all who are considering doing business with this illegitimate company to take their business elsewhere.

Product was well described online and will be perfect for our trip to Italy when needing to take a break after being on my feet for long periods of time.

I have been trying to get a status update on a shipped order for 3 days and have not received a response to repeated emails. The tracking number provided only says the "the information has been received" and the current location is the Hangzhou General Warehouse-Operation Center with no further update since May 8. After I placed the order I received several emails from Kalsten asking me to review my purchase and shopping experience all before I even received the item I purchased. This is very backwards as it makes no sense to provide a review until a transaction has been fully completed. I am very frustrated and want a response as to where my item is.

The Kalsten knee brace gives me just the right amount of extra stability to do my workouts, keep running and jumping on the beach. I love the fact that I can adjust the level of stability and it's also really comfortable to wear!

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING KALSTEN. SO FARM MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EASY. NICE INFORMATION ON THE PAGE FOR THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING AT. I SINCERELY HOPE IT CONTINUES.

Buyers BEWARE!!!!! Read the “free returns” CLOSELY! They’ll attempt to offer you a small percentage towards your return. YOU, the consumer are responsible for shipping. You must fill out a form with a full description, take a photo of shipping, proof of receipt. GO TO A REPUTABLE place where you obtain the same product at a smaller, higher cost but, exceptionally better customer service and return/refund process. I will NEVER shop with Kalsten ever again.
