I have just sold my flat through Kallars, my main contacts were Chris and Olek. Both were friendly, helpful and supportive through the whole drawn out process. I cannot recommend either of them - and Kallars in general - highly enough.

Kallars own the property next door to us and have a seriously overgrown tree that is causing issues for both the neighbour behind us and me.

We have contacted Kallars several times to ask that the tree be cut back. We have yet to receive a response from them for the past two months

Two months with no acknowledgement or update is completely unacceptable. We aren't asking for special treatment, just basic communication, and for the issue to be addressed.

Please respond and take action.

I had an issue where a new building was being constructed whereby the top floor had long of sight into my bathroom, there was no blinds or anything at the time so that I could prevent people seeing in, the same week I raised the issue kallars organised for the window to be frosted over and installed. Aleshia made sure it was hassle free and I didn’t have to do a thing, she 100% deserves a pay rise for how hard she works.

Laura and Ricky have been so helpful, easy to deal with, efficient and kind.
After my terrible experience with Openrent, they have been a breath of fresh air.

Every time I see a commercial property and email them for details they reply by asking more questions about what I intend to do but they never get back to me and when I email them again they say someone will get in touch and someone will get in touch but no one does but they just kept all my details. Nothing professional about this

Chris and Jordan at Kallars did a fabulous job from valuation to arranging viewings and sale of our house. I could not be any happier at their professionalism and their very clear communication during my dealings with them. Certainly would use them again in the future. Very highly recommend.

I meant to write this review ages ago. Dealing with very poor agents involved in my purchase of a property has reminded me to write this. 5 star service from the beginning from Paul who priced my place and said he would have it sold which they did swiftly resulting in multiple offers above asking price. The photographer who made my house look superb. Seb who pushed the sale through and was attentive and responsive all the way. Can thoroughly recommend the Sidcup branch

the agent was very nice during the viewing but no response or update once we put an offer in for the property. would at least expect to hear back even if we didnt get it

I applied to view some properties 10 days ago and I fille din their details and profiles page, which told me agent would be on contact shortly to speak about what they have available. I called today I enquire as to when I would hear back about my viewing requests and when they would be in contact with me regarding the profile I filled in as there are a few properties I have seen advertised and to get details about what I am after and to tell me what they have. I spoke to Lauren, who interrupted me, and asked what property I applied for, when I told her she rudely responded with "that says let agreed" I tried to tell her that other properties I enquired about aren't stated as let agreed and even if those are gone, I am new to London, I have provided them with my personal details with no follow up, even if the properties I have enquired about aren't available I would still expect an agent to be in contact to find out what I am looking for and present me with properties as it standard with letting agents. Whilst trying to explain all of the above she interrupted me again with "it does say let agreed”, so I said okay.. she stayed silent. She didn’t try to ask what I am on the market for or what else she could assist with or let me know of any other properties they have. No attempt to sell, which is weird for a salesperson current answering the phone at their sales job. So, a few seconds of silence I just said” okay thanks” and hung up because London has so many other letting agents which I am sure would be willing to help. I just got the feeling she didn’t want to be on the phone with me or help, like i was bothering her.
I’m 25 and have been renting since I was 18 when I first went to Uni, I have also worked in a letting agency, usually letting agents are friendly and helpful and present you with choices and follow up when you submit enquires, even if the property is let, because if you arent using my personal details and information to contact me about properties, why did u ask for them 2 weeks ago?? Quite disappointed with my interaction with Lauren. Also, the reason I filled out the form expecting the call back as stated, Is I am the first out of my group of friend to move to London, I have family I can stay with so it made sense for me to move first and spec out the market to find a good letting agency, that I could recommend to the rest of the girls , I will not be recommending Kallars due to the slow response to my multiple online enquires and unpleasant interaction with Lauren. It’s a shame because from their website and from the reviews I have seen they seemed great. Although, I will admit all the great reviews have been for other agents, like Louise so maybe it isn’t Kallars as a whole. I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t try to present a customer with properties as a property agent. Anyway, that was my experience.

I'm grateful for the exceptional service provided by Louise on several occasions. Her prompt assistance and reliability in has made the issues that I was facing less daunting and I knew I could rely on her. Interacting with Louise is always a delight and I know things will be sorted. I highly recommend Kallars.
