Great Summaries, chatbot had good "insticts"
I am a proptech consultant and my clients have pretty niche/complicated products. I threw their websites in, and Kakiyo was able to write a summary to explain the offering with very little guidance, possibly a better summary than I could write and I have been working with these clients for a while. Most of the guidance I offered was to help it sound more like me/my client.
I also tested the chatbots and gave positive answers, negative and weird, and it really did handle those conversations like a champ.

What I like most about Kakiyo is how…
What I like most about Kakiyo is how clean and well-structured the dashboard is. It’s very easy to manage multiple profiles within one account, which makes it simple to handle several colleagues per company without needing separate accounts. I also like how easy it is to purchase additional credits when needed. The initial setup was extremely straightforward, and everything is organized in a way that makes it clear what needs to be done and filled in.
One thing I currently dislike is that when I generate a lead list using Dutch job title keywords, Kakiyo automatically translates them into English. This is a drawback because certain roles are specifically used in Dutch and don’t translate well, which can affect targeting accuracy.
Overall, Kakiyo solves a major problem for me by automating the entire LinkedIn sales system for both myself and my clients. It allows me to scale outreach and follow-ups effortlessly, while managing multiple users and workflows in one centralized platform.

Great tool to help finding leads for LinkedIn. I was surpised how good it works in Dutch language, very well. Also good that it doesn't spam with connection requests or messages, it waits 15-30 minutes per action so you always have time to interrupt. Great tool!

Hands-off, personalized time-saver!
I enjoy the hands-off nature of the tool plus the personalized messages it sends every prospect. It saves me a lot of time overcoming objections and qualifying leads. It hasn't booked me any meetings yet, but I haven't used the tool for very long, so we'll see how it goes!

I’ve been using Kakio for LinkedIn…
I’ve been using Kakio for LinkedIn outreach and it’s honestly one of the best tools I know for this. The AI SDR works autonomously and helps book meetings directly through LinkedIn in a very efficient way.
It’s perfect for qualifying and sorting prospects on LinkedIn without wasting time. The process feels smooth and well thought out.

Rocky start but came good
Didn't start well with the set up of the project, it failed to launch campaigns and the response times where slow (this was over the Christmas break) Despite a rocky start, the agent has been sending great and engaging messaging out and its getting real engagement with people looking to book in call.

I read a previous negative review on here which made me want to write this. If that was how the product was a few months ago, it's definitely not the case now. Literally as close to set it and forget it as possible when it comes to Linkedin, it was extremely easy to integrate and implement on multiple clients. All while giving our team the option to really be as hands on in customization when necessary - which is pretty important as I'm always very hesitant to try new tools when it comes to our clients, especially when it comes to automation. Customer support is great, and the founders have been pretty easy to get a hold of, which is a good sign (hope that doesn't change much!). It was a little pricy...that, I will admit. But the ROI our team has seen from it, it's easily worth it.
