Refresher on moving and assisting was extremely useful and helped me to keep my skill fresh in order to ensure that I'm carrying out my best practice. Just finished my training with Kaizen with Hannah which I can honestly say was fantastic. Hannah made it so easy to understand and she was extremely approachable I was so nervous before the training but left feeling confident and happy with what I have learnt

Training is good. Hannah was very chill, made it a lot easier since i was nervous. Enjoyed the practical work of moving and handling. Easy to follow all the slides. Lots of breaks as well which was good.
