Cheaters
Cheaters! They took my money January 25. It's February 19 and the product hasn't even been delivered to the shipping company. I will NEVER buy anything from a ripoff company like this again.
This is an update as of March 03. After my Feb. 19 review I haven't had any notification of the product mailed or a refund to my account. My rating stands. Trustpilot contacted me today March 03 and said "Please rest assured that we are not in the business of taking payment without delivering products. Occasionally, delays can occur due to stock issues, warehouse processing errors, or unexpected logistics problems — but that does not excuse the inconvenience caused to you.
We would very much like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team at support @ kaiweets.com with your order number, and we will prioritise investigating your order status and arranging a better solution for you."
All I want now is my money back! They could have just said we are canceling your order and here are the funds you paid. I have, in the past, worked with honest companies that contacted me and said they had difficulties and couldn't fulfill the products in a timely manner. So they proactively addressed this issue. I had to write a low rating to be contacted.

The product itself is very good and works great. It’s a good-quality multimeter that feels solid and accurate. However, it’s a bit disappointing that there was no shipping information provided, and it was hard to find any updates about the delivery on the website. Also, my emails were not answered, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, the product arrived reasonably quickly, and overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Die Produkte waren bisher wirklich gut. Lediglich der Kundendienst hat so seine Probleme. Ersatzteile wie bei mir wenn etwas fehlt. Postweg aus China......... Wahnsinn.

on a 150mfd capacitor is reads 225mfd my capacitor meter measures 149.8mfd not even close to being accurate
