My experience with Kaftan Elegance was extremely disappointing. The item I received was not as described: wrong color, poor quality, and very different from the photos shown online. I contacted them by email to request a return and refund, but they did not answer.

I have still not received my money back, and the lack of response and customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better from a boutique brand.

Une arnaque ne passez aucune commande sur ce site vous allez perdre simplement votre argent.. plus que quinze jours quand j’ai passé ma commande et plus de nouvelles de la part de ces voleurs j’envoie des messages quasiment tous les jours sans réponse alors que c’était indiqué lors de la commande que la livraison est dans deux jours

Amazing quality a truly amazing and well crafted design arrived on time and the packaging was good and kept the kaftans and the accessories intact

Attention c’est un ESCROC ce Mohamed Manko qui a sa boutique kaftan élégance à viladecan en Espagne . Les modèles sur le site de Kaftan élégance ne sont pas disponibles, ils vous proposent un autre modèle souvent plus cher pour vous dire que ce nouveau modèle n’est pas disponible et aucun remboursement. Ça fait plus de 10 jours qu’il me balade … des mensonges il me doit 300€.Allez porter plainte . Ne tombez pas dans le piège.

Je ne vous conseille pas ce site, j'ai fait une commande le 15 mars et on est le 10 avril ma commande n'est toujours pas reçu, frais de douane 35 euros, impossible de les joindre que par email et ils répondent une fois sur 1000, j'ai perdu 150 euros et ne souhaite pas me rembourser

Porté un jour si précieux et spécial pour moi, il a marqué l'unicité du moment et me différencier des autres modèles portées.

I ordered kaftan Liam white. It arrived quickly and I was very satisfied with the dress. I wanted a simple but elegant dress and it lived up to my expectations. I will absolutely order from Kaftan elegance again :)

Ik heb een prijzige caftan besteld en ik moet zeggen hij is ook prachtig in het echt😍 ik heb deze netjes na ongeveer een week ontvangen prachtig ingepakt.
Ik ga ervan genieten voor een hele speciale gelegenheid en mijn 2e bestelling heb ik zojuist geplaatst.

DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM. i have ordered 4 kaftans. 2 were correct one was wrong and the most expensive one didn’t even come. i tried contacting them but the made no effort to help. they ignored me despite me paying £600 for the order. this is unprofessional and poor service. i have a wedding in a week and that is the only outfit i had.

Kundenservice katastrophal! Man bleibt auf den Kosten sitzen, die melden sich nicht mehr und man sollte sie rechtlich verklagen! Ich habe einen Kaftan bestellt. Musste dann 32€ Zoll zahlen was überhaupt nicht abgesprochen war? Dann hat man mir versichert dass man mir das Geld zurückerstattet… Bis heute nichts erhalten! Eine absolute Frechheit! Ist es nicht wert Leute bestellt dort Nichts!

The product I received does not reflect an elegant caftan at all, neither in terms of quality nor finishing.

Additionally, you should expect a significant amount of feathers falling off while walking, even though the garment was hand-washed at room temperature.

The stitching appears to have been done in a rush — it is already coming apart before even being properly tried on, and the overall finishing is practically nonexistent.

On top of that, the order was placed on March 1st with a promised delivery time of 24–48 hours, but after several complaints, it was only delivered on March 19th, the day before Eid, which was extremely frustrating.

I am very disappointed.

Le produit reçu ne correspond absolument pas à l’image d’un caftan élégant, ni en termes de qualité ni de finitions.

De plus, il faut s’attendre à une perte importante de plumes lorsque l’on marche, et ce malgré un lavage à la main à température ambiante.

Les coutures semblent avoir été réalisées à la va-vite : le vêtement se détériore avant même d’avoir été réellement essayé, et les finitions sont quasiment inexistantes.

Par ailleurs, la commande a été passée le 1er mars avec une promesse de livraison sous 24 à 48 heures. Après plusieurs réclamations, elle n’a été reçue que le 19 mars, soit la veille de l’Aïd, ce qui a été extrêmement frustrant.

Je suis très déçue.

Truly, I had a satisfying experience. I received my order within a week, which was perfectly fine since I knew the Eid period is very busy.

I’m absolutely in love with my abaya from Kaftan Elegance! The quality is beautiful, the fit is perfect, and you can really tell care has gone into the design and stitching. It feels so elegant and comfortable to wear at the same time.

I’ll definitely be purchasing more from here in the future – such a lovely experience overall 🤍

Les robes( caftans..) n'ont absolument rien avoir sur les images de site ... quelle arnaque.

Me a llegado la jalaba tal y como en las fotos preciosa , se ve que esta echa con gusto y cuidado

Toujours rien reçu après 15 jours !
Aucune réponse des robes sois disant de l’Espagne mais au final du Maroc.
J’attend toujours et en plus on me demande de payer une taxe pour recevoir.

Un bout de tissus a 200€ ?
Faut pas abusé non plus c’est une abaya pas une robe de soirée !
