This company doing very well after many few years his fried chicken was very delicious and juicy
I personally like to have meals from kababjees but nowadays what we noticed that bad odour that comes from repeated usage of same oil. Like they have been using same oil multiple times....
overall the taste is very nice but atleast take care of hygiene to prevent that bad smell plz.
Also they take alot of time to serve at dine in and delivery both.
I recently visited the Kababjees branch located opposite Barkat Market, next to KFC, with my family, and I had a very disappointing experience.
First, when we offered to pay in cash, the staff rudely said they don’t accept cash and demanded card payment, claiming they had no change. We still placed an order of around 8–10k, but when we simply asked for two water bottles and a cola, they refused unless we provided exact change, saying, “This isn’t a local shop where we give change.”
Honestly, this attitude was very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for a well-known brand. It left us with a very bad impression. If you plan to visit this branch, make sure to arrange change from outside first — otherwise, be prepared for rude behavior.
Love the taste, the food, the quantity, everything was just fab! I absolutely love those mayo sauces and the burgers. Definitely going again!
I placed an order two hours ago, and I still haven't received it. I have called the helpline twice, and they provided the rider's number, but the rider is not answering the call. I called the helpline again, and they asked me to wait. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. KFC delivers orders within 30 minutes, but your service is failing
I placed an order through the Kababjees Fried Chicken website over 2 hours ago, and even after receiving an order confirmation, the food was not delivered. Despite waiting an additional hour, the delivery never arrived. Attempts to contact their customer service were futile, as their phone line constantly rang without any response.
This situation exemplifies the pitfalls of rapid expansion without maintaining service standards. After multiple attempts to reach them, I was informed that my order had been canceled via Foodpanda—a platform that was never involved in my order process through their website. Furthermore, they had the audacity to ask me to wait an additional hour.
Why is there so much hype around this place when their customer service is clearly subpar? Are they considered an alternative simply because they exist? My experience with Kababjees Fried Chicken has been incredibly disappointing, and I won't be recommending their service to anyone.
Furthermore, I have recently been contacted by their head office regarding my social media posts, and an offer of complimentary products was made in exchange for withdrawing them. I want to make it clear that I am not a paid blogger who can be bribed into hiding the truth about their brand.
The power of social media lies in its ability to expose issues and demand accountability. I urge all my followers and fellow consumers to unite in holding brands accountable for their actions. Together, we can work towards the dismissal of practices that do not align with our values.
