I’d like to formally apologise for my previous review. I jumped the gun and thought the worst. I didn’t take into account that they were so busy and didn’t get time to see one of 100’s of messages. Unfortunately, the review I gave was under a guest profile and I can’t remove it. @k9grills if you’d like to reply to the review and ask for trust pilot to remove it and I’ll give authorisation. I’ve tried to remove and edit it without luck.
Again, my sincere apologies and I’d like to say that my situation with k9 grills has changed and I’d like to ask for this review to be noted!

Great service and product, moulds came within a few days of ordering. I received an email on the monday after I sent the moulds back confirming they had received them and was told 5-10 business days for the grills to be finished and they were finished and delivered by the Saturday of the same week. Original order was 27th of february and the final product was received 14th of march which id say is pretty quick. will definitely return for any future work I need and will definitely be recommending to my friends

k9 is no scam. i got my canines and im real happy with them. i did loose confidence with them with these reviews on here. but they replied very quickly on instagram and kept me updated. tip for anyone to make sure the box you use to send your mould in is secure with tape.....

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered in November, they made me buy another impression kit for another £20, and then said that they would let me know when they were out for delivery. Tried messaging them and got no replies. Still haven’t got anything back. Stay away.

My order wasn't delivered, and I lost my money. Despite paying, I haven't received my order or a response from customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.Scam Scam

TURNAROUND IS NOT 5 DAYS - OVER 50 !!

Turnaround is not 5 to 10 days at stated, it's not even 50 days. I have been waiting well over 2 months no and so have many other customers who I have reached out to, its like they just don't care. Will act all nice and engaging until you place an order then all of a sudden they don't care anymore. Google reviews are majority fake, just read through them and you will see and all the website ones, are copy and paste, clearly fake as well , bit suspicious how trustpilot is under 3 stars and the rest is all over 5, and trustpilot is the only sight they can't edit, hmm, suspicious isn't it.
Stay well away , you would think the premium price of over £140 for 2 caps would entitle a good service , not even close.
I have had better grillz made for much cheaper from other companies online, I have now requested a refund multiple times and they just refuse saying its in their policies that they don't offer refunds which is completely false, IF A COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE THEY PROMISE YOU , YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND .... Disappointed, its not even the amount of money iv'e lost its the principal of how bad this company is run ,
Order number is #1343 - Disappointed in this scamming company, should definitely not be the first result on google for grillz for this appauling service

DONT BUY STAY AWAY!!! 2.8 out of 5 star is too high for this scamming improper instagram business if I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a set of grills that came way too small I don’t think it was even my order they had sent so i messaged explaining the situation and for a correction of size. They have never got back to me after my numerous attempts. There are many better places I wish I looked around more before purchasing.

I have never got my grillz !!! After I did the mould I sent it back to them , but they never sent me my grillz. I paid over £800 for a full set with 2 moissanite fangs, and they promised me a 3 week turnarod,, ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS, Stay as far away from this company as possible, K9GRILLZUK IS A SCAM , I will never ever spend money here again , go somewhere else a place with good reviews, should have checked the trustpilot reviews before hand as the ones on the webiste are all completly fake, SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

First and foremost the level of professionalism and customer service is outstanding from start to finish

I ordered 2 silver caps on the 19th September after some guidance from the team. My questions were instantly answered through instagram and I also provided pictures of my teeth to discuss specific requirements.

The impression kit was sent within 24hrs and instantly the packaging was very professional and instructions were clear and concise.

My impressions were collected on the 27th and the 2 caps were delivered exactly 10 days later. To reassure me the 2 caps were aligned with my impressions, the mould of my teeth was also included.

Overall I am extremely happy with my caps and would highly recommend K9 Grillz to anybody considering caps and Grillz. There are no shortcuts and you get what you pay for. I am now considering a third cap 🙂

Grillz come thick unpolished and dont even fit, not replying to any messages via Instagram, i have had to file a claim via my bank to recover monies lost.

STAY AWAY

Placed an order and asked for a refund the next day, it's a month later and they're not replying to any of my messages. Stay away

I ordered 2 caps in silver. Originally thought id go for k9grillz instead of any other company as their prices are much higher so they should be better, took a risk. Turns out they are much worse.

First they told me my impression was wrong, and I had to order another one, so I did.

Then fhey told me I had to order it again !!

£50 extra even tho my moulds were just like the video.

Finally they accepted my second moulds which was weird because they looked identical to the first ones ? Strange.

Its now been over 2 months and not a sign of my grillz, not replying on instagram and not replying on their website.

I get through to someone and then when I highlight my concern, they just ignore me.

If you have ordered from them , I would get a refund with your bank. Asap.

This company is not to be trusted and I would bever buy her again, terrible service ,

ended up going to someone else on instagram for £85 and they came within 4 days of sending them my moulds,

The higher price at k9grillz clearly does not mean better quality
