My dog ripped one their products. They made it right very quickly and were super easy to work with.

the first version tried did not fair well
K9 however stood behind their products and I ended up selecting a vinyl raised bed which as of yet has endured this brute's chewing issues
they reimbursed the cost up to the original expense of the original purchase

Missed the military discount as I went to pay and was unable to back up before the order went through the system. Quick email to them and they provided the discount right away! Great and trustworthy company!

I've owned 2 K9 beds and their customer service is best in the business. Everytime I have a discrepancy, the customer service team is always there to rectify the problem and create a solution.

I already have 2 dog beds that I’ve had for years. We did get a new puppy recently and she is an aggressive chewer so she has managed to chew up the corner of one of the beds but I have to say the quality of their products beat any others that I’ve had and I’ve tried many! Yesterday I ordered a kennel pad online but after I finalized it, I saw that I made a mistake on shipping address. I opened a chat and within a few minutes I received an email from customer service and they were able to fix this issue for me. Very quick service.

These are people’s people. They are fair and honest. Their products are second to none!

The customer service and their product is great. I bought a crate pad for my grandpuppy’s crate. She is a 15 month old 1/2 pit and 1/2 poodle mix that chews up everything when she can. The pad was well made and lasted longer than most, however she did find a spot that she could chew open. K9 Ballistics has a 120 day warranty (which I was not aware when I purchased it) and have had no problem with getting a replacement. I plan to wait until she is older before using it hoping she’ll grow out of the chewing phase. Thank you K9 Ballistics.

Excellent product, excellent customer service. This bed is for our 11 month old Rottweiler who has destroyed every bed we have given him until we got the K9 ballistic bed. This bed has held up to his rough housing! I did have to contact customer service and they were wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful.

These beds truly are indestructible, such a lifesaver! We have a large puppy adopted from the shelter, and she has destroyed several regular beds. These beds are extremely high quality, but unfortunately no bed is safe from my puppy’s chewing at this stage. However, the team made it SO easy to replace her bed in warranty. I would never hesitate to continue using this brand, especially for the customer service!

I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing customer service that I received after my Goldendoodle not only chewed through the cover but also the mattress of her K9 bed. She is one year old and still chewing, so go figure! K9 Ballistics not only stand behind their products, but also their warranty. Very easy to work with, they held up their warranty

Great customer service. I ordered a personalized dog bed (Chew Proof Armored™ Padded Dog Crate Bed) and it came damaged. Took pictures of the damage, called customer service, emailed my info with the pictures showing the damage, and already have another bed coming in a couple days. Nevaeh (in customer service) was great to work with and it was all so fast and easy. Didn’t even loose a star due to the unfortunate damage. Thanks K9Ballistics team!
