I ordered a car part/modification that compliments another modification 28th July 2026, The next day I changed my mind and asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded via email. I sent another 2 emails and tried phoning the number on website. They do not reply to emails and nobody answers the phone. A month later and I still do not have my money back or no replies from them or the item ordered. Currently disputing the transaction with my bank. AVOID this company, seem very DODGY!

Diabolical service. No updates, no delivery, no communication, no response. Needed chargeback via card company to get refund.

I am very disappointed. I placed an order on July 21, 2026. After two emails and a month of waiting, I have received no response. I requested a refund via PayPal. The customer service is terrible and completely unreachable.

J'ai commandé un échappement, en novembre 2025, il est arrivé après 8 mois et la commande qui n'est pas complète. Cela fait 1 semaine que j'essaie de les contacter par mail/téléphone, pas de réponse pour le moment et certains post parlent de liquidation. Attention à vous.

I paid for 4 tyres, a total of over £1500.

No order confirmation, does not respond to emails or online chat.

The sister company went into liquidation April 26 yet the online company is still advertising and taking your money.

Total scammers - avoid

Informs you that one part in your order is not in stock, and they can not send the order. But they take your payment and after this they will only send you autogenerated emails. No reply on phone and no reply on mails.
I will not Purchase anything at K-tecracing anymore.
