Absolutely rubbish customer service. They offered me a voucher which did not work in their store. Wasted one hr drive time and fuel. When complained, they issued a new one but can't offer a free delivery so I have to go again to store to use it.

Take your order & payment, send email next day saying item dispatched with a tracking number. 5 days ater courier still says they have not received a parcel for jysk.

Jysk don't answer phone. Don't reply to emails.

How are they still in business? Trading standards should be investigating these people.

They just take your money, and dont send anything, and will not communicate, Just like a Scam site, although somehow this is a legit business.

Avoid buying on website.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company.
I ordered a table on the 27th December 2025 and paid £30 for shipping.
I was given a delivery date of 4 - 9 days.
It is now the 8th January 2026 ...12 days later and I received this email

The earliest they can deliver is the 16th January 2025 ! So 20 days !!
Looking at the reviews, I am not sure it will arrive that day.
I will NEVER buy from them again.

UPDATE 15/01/26.
Delivery has been cancelled for tomorrow and I have asked for my money back.

They have contacted me and said they will refund me but....it will take up to 3 weeks !!
Please note...there are 2 JYSK UK sites with reviews....Both very poor. one has 727 reviews and a whooping 69% have 1 star

Rubbish company! Placed an order in November 2024, showing on their website that all items are available and they should be with us in 7-12 working days. Here we are, at the end of January, being postponed, over and over again, with false promises by the customer service team that the products will be with us soon. The last drop in the glass was when they have sent us another email, saying that the order might be with us end of February, however it will be incomplete, as one of the products is unavailable. So, three months late, and still incomplete and still no guarantee that something will be delivered.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, so, don’t be fooled by the lower prices, as they are totally unreliable as a company, at least, here, in the UK, and yes, there is no empathy indeed for the customers and their lost time in waiting, from the customer service team.

Despite advertising delivery in 4-9 working days , I'm still waiting nearly a month after placing the order with nobody really able to tell me where my order is. The response I get is that 'it has been shipped'.
If you need things quick then maybe this isn't for you.

I bought a bistro table and 4 chairs at Teesbay retail park Hartlepool. Because it was such a popular set, there was only 3 chairs in stock and I agreed to have a display chair to make up the set. ( at reduced price). Nevertheless I was pleased with my purchase. However after only using it twice , I discovered that the display chair was broken. I returned to the store and was very pleased to be offered a refund or a similar chair in exchange by Lucy.

I can't believe I am writing this on JYSK as I usually love the in-store service and product quality. I was meant to order some Ferdus plates 19cm and Ferdus plates 27cm and they were listed at £2.75 and £4.00 and I even took a screenshot of the order. However the price dramatically increased to £4.00 and £5.00 which was an increase of 30% in a matter of days. I want to order 50 of each so it is not just a couple of pounds. When I called an and showed them screenshots of my order they just said we can't honour it because no shadow order was made. Well I can't help if you system was not working properly when I tried placing an order. I guess I will move on from JYSK as service to me is the biggest priority, if a business does not value me, I will take my business elsewhere.

Bought two black LEKNES garden chairs which arrived on time and are a great quality and even with delivery charge was an excellent price. Extremely happy with them. Must mention delivery company updated us all the way and delivered by two lovely young men and with a smile. Priceless. Thank you.

My garden furniture suppose to arrived 2 or 3 weeks ago :( sadly @jysk communication is very poor, if I don’t call them maybe I wouldn’t know that there was a problem with my delivery... the delivery company told me was Jysk who didn’t sent complete the parcel that’s why they are not sending, but Jysk doesn’t tell me anything and already have my money ( I don’t want refund ) All I want is my furniture and the delivery date... a concrete answer ... very disappointed @Jysk UK
