I had a leak on my roof that also…
I had a leak on my roof that also caused the ceiling in my bathroom to leak, I call jay to have a look to see the problem. What can I say, Jay is one of a kind. He moved other jobs he had to make sure the leak in the roof was fixed straight away and the ceiling was repaired and fixed. Excellent work and will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.

Did exactly what he intended to do👍
Jay listened to what I wanted, gave me a very good price and got on with the work, only stopping when it hammered it down with rain. The job was to strip off a flat felt roof above my porch and replace with a sloping tiled roof with guttering and flashing. A job well done👍

I just LOVE my Bathroom
I just LOVE my Bathroom! From the onset Jay was brilliant. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He shared ideas, sourced products and offered advice when asked. Excellent all round because Jay has pride in his work and takes such care to achieve an excellent finish to every part of the job. Would happily highly recommend him!

Bathroom revamp/extension
Jay came round and extended bathroom making it much more user friendly. Very approachable for suggestions and wasn't a problem when changing/rejigging layout etc. Workmanship is decent and would recommend.

Great Service!
Jay has been to my property on two occasions now and each time he has dealt with the job very efficiently.
He turns up promptly, is very friendly and just gets on with the job in a very workmanlike manner.
I definitely will call on Jay again if I need him and would be more than happy to recommend him.

A job well done
Jay has done a wonderful job fixing the lean-to roof. He is professional as well as friendly. He is honest so when he found another problem I was only too happy for him to fix it. I have already recommended him to friends.

After many months , I could not find a confident tiler to fit extra large size tiles on our bathroom wall.
I told Jay how big the tiles are & he said : yes that fine , no problem.
He did a very professional and quick job for reasonable price.
After our bathroom project .
I asked Jay to do some
painting & decorating in our house .
Again we were very happy with Jay work.

One of the main reasons we went with JY Home improvements was that Jay came across like he was invested in the project and came up with some great ideas. We were Kept up to date along the way and always went the extra mile to get things done. The bathroom now looks amazing! Great all round service and experience. Highly recommended.

Needed a bathroom ripped out and a new one fitted and after being let down numerous times with builders that never quote you, I came across JY Home Inprovements.
Jay came round, quoted on time and provided a professional service throughout.
He started the rip out on time and worked tirelessly for the 2 weeks he was working. I couldn't fault him in any way. His work ethic is 100% and the quality of his workmanship is outstanding. I am so pleased with how my bathroom came out, and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone that is looking to having a bathroom re-vamp.

High quality house refurb
Jay initially came to do a tiling job for us but we quickly saw that he and his team were skilled in lots of different trades. Jay ended up tiling and re-fitting our whole bathroom including carpentry and painting. We were really pleased with the work and Jay's eye for detail, so invited him and his team back to paint our whole upstairs and hallway, fit new internal doors (including handles, latches and keeps), tile our kitchen, and to refurbish our painted staircase with new oak balustrades and spindles. We bought the tiles, wood, coloured paint and doors ourselves, but Jay supplied all other materials to a high quality, and did a superb job project-managing and transforming our house.
