Horrible Horrible Horrible, do not work for or order from this company, my sis had her 1st shift at the Shoreditch warehouse, no break for an 11 am to 6 pm shift, had her phone stolen, management and employees said they can not help. They will try and call her the next day but on what ???? her phone was stolen. No security cameras it seems, ridiculous.
There have lazy staff members that ask you to clean loos when it is not in the job description. No help form colleagues who only sit on their arses. Will be reporting, unacceptable

On a Wednesday evening it said I had to wait 10 minutes for delivery.. in the end it took them 1,5 hours and two phone calls to finally deliver + cold ice cream

Second to none customer service
Most definitely the best convenience service ever, Zapp goes above and beyond for their customers, customer service is second to none and they understand the importance of reputation and seem to be trying their best to keep connected to their customers as well as keeping them satisfied.
Normally this is my FAVOURITE ever…
Normally this is my FAVOURITE ever delivery service, the best best best ever, truly. HOWEVER, I just got cut off by my FAVOURITE store and feel truly betrayed. Still love u but still a bit hurt.

Firstly,
I have been using Zapp, for a very long time. It’s easily because of the level of care and response provided. I’ve always been in good standing with Zapp employees, delivery and call support individuals and never faced a problem.
The one star I have given is due to a major problem I faced but I can’t lie that they haven’t been good to me before. Now, my main issue is they blocked my account initially when attempting to use Zapp the first time, I called them and they walked me through a verification process to verify my Apple Pay, which is bizzarre cuz non of the other delivery apps do this. Fast forward to almost a year, my account gets blocked again. This time I was very frustrated as I was terribly ill and just wanted to order some groceries and items to cook. I called Zapp and explained the situation to them, I did seem a little annoyed that it just random sly happened again.
The person on the phone said he’s going to connect me to someone, then literally cuts the phone. 15 mins after I recieve a VERY VERY rude reply. This email from an employee named “Umme” stated that they reviewed my account and for “Bussiness reasons they can’t disclose” they are choosing to not have me as a customer? This was a bizzare response when there has not been anything negative on my account?

Echt top! Voor mn gevoel is het er altijd binnen 5 minuten. En als iets niet leverbaar is of ze verongeluk het verkeerde leveren maken ze het dubbel en dwars goed! Snelle en juiste service dus.

My order was accepted by Zapp, on the same address that I always order.
After 30 minutes they cancelled because it was not a area they service. Which they normally always did.
Then the compensation is that I will get my money back in 10 days, plus credits.
What can I do with credits if you decide not to deliver to my address anymore.

Ik ben heel tevreden over Zapp, voornamelijk de klantenservice is zeer goed. Als er iets mis gaat bij de bestelling of iets niet op voorraad is, wordt je gelijk gebeld en krijg je een compensatie. Vriendelijke bezorgers ook. Veel beter dan Getir en Gorillas!

Working for the company for about 1 month and a bit and already I have been having problems which I plan to take further, firstly they havent paid me for any of my shifts this is the second time running which meansa not only have i not been able to pay my bills but this also has affected my family financially and put a really big strain on them. This I'm truly disgraced by the way they have treated me especially after working quite alot of hours for this company.
When it comes to emailing payoll I have sent them a few emails within the last 2 weeks and have only had one response which clearly shows they dont give a dam about us as employees. I can honestly say this is the worst expeirecne I have ever had in my working career. I strongly advise not to work with them if they continue to treat there employees like this.
I wil be taking this matter to a trial bureau if this matter have not been sorted today.

Great, reliable service
Good app, very reasonable prices for a convenience service, quick delivery, perks and freebies now and again. Had an order delayed - customer service reached out over the phone and confirmed that I would be refunded. Overall the best service of all the delivery apps. Would recommend.
Appalling service!
Appalling service!! Rude delivery guys and had items missing that had been ordered and paid for. When I complained they denied it and said these items were delivered for certain. Either they are thieves or their delivery guys are.
Would avoid at all costs!!!

Poor corporate responsibility and management
Since Zapp set up a dark store 6 months ago (open 24/7) in our residential street in Amsterdam, residents have faced many issues ranging from noise disturbance by constant traffic of riders and loading trucks (night and day) to agressive behavior of their staff towards residents (including unwanted sexual attention to female residents).
Furthermore, on their website they advocate themselves as being a green company using only electric vehicles. This is not true and riders continue to use motorized scooters at night further adding to the disturbance.
Attempts to come to a solution together with Zapp have not been successful thus far. The management team promises change, but effective measures have not been introduced and residents are left calling the store practically every night to complain.
We are not against the service itself, but Zapp is demonstrating a lack of corporate responsibility and poor management.
