Shanty town sweat shop
The lads where brilliant but the whole building looked as if it was ready to fall down. No ramps the lads where doing there best working on the floor with trolley jacks only room for one car at a time, people queuing outside. I felt for the lads.
This company seriously needs to look at there working conditions. Not used this company again.

They are very irresponsible in the way they do their job. They don't even have the proper tools or equipment needed to do the work.

Great service for a puncture repair
Needed a puncture repair. Got booked in next day and Dan sorted it out quickly. Special shout out to him for being on his own in the shop in 30 degrees heat and still getting it done.

The staff need to be praised
The staff need to be praised. 2 lads of an older age working in 30 odd degrees with no fans or air conditioning.
Never moaned and just got on with the job .
All I can say is these two are earning there wages and more !!!

During the heatwave of '26, due to circumstances out of their control, my local Just Tyres was closed when I turned up for my appointment. At first I was sad. Then a few hours later, they rang. Jake had rolled in and my puncture was fixed in no time.

Excellent All round service
My first experience and am happy to report it was fantastic, got all 4 tyres replaced at the uxbridge branch, great staff, very friendly and professional, quick job well done, highly recommeded.

Poor Service:
Existing tyres badly scrubbed off on the inner edges. Did not ask if my wife wanted the tracking checking. No information given 5 year warrany. Did not change valve, fitted 2nd hand valve caps. Ticked box to say they had!

Prompt fitting with courteous service again.
Would be better with SMS confirmation that tyres on site ready for fitting, and printing wheel nut torque setting on the invoice like you used to.
