1st class serice
1st class serice .Booked tyres on line,arrived at arranged time,started on car within 10 mins .Ive had dozens of tyres changed over the years.The young man that changed the eyes was meticulous and polite.I watched him change tyresand can honestly say he was very thorough and balance tyres spot on not like some companies ive used over the years. I even mentioned this to man behind desk on reception. Will definitely use again if required

Complete lack of customer service
Complete lack of customer service at High Wycombe branch. Manager made excuses why couldn't complete the work, had to make several trips to branch and was given various excuses why work could not be completed. Give them a miss. Plenty of good tyre fitters around.

Poor customer care.
Well, they were at least fairly quick, so I give them a star for that. The customer area was filthy as were both employees, who looked bored and disinterested. But worse than that, they made no effort to protect the interior of my car from their dirty overalls or hands. I had to clean the seat, door and everything they had touched with specialist products.

A very poor service I had both of my…
A very poor service I had both of my front tyres replaced and one keeps loosing air I returned and the manger tightened the valve and told me to return. The air pressure continued to drop I returned 2 weeks later to be told they can’t do anything and that I would have to pay for any work to be done.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Service is absolutely crap they really good when they want to sell to you
