I booked in for 3 tyres
I booked in for 3 tyres. They took off a perfectly good tyre and replaced it rather than replacing the tyre that was wearing. So I am now left with another tyre that needs replacing. Surely common sense would say you replace the 3 that are most worn rather than an near perfect tyre!

The delivery time took too long
The delivery time took too long . I missed getting the tyre fitted on the day I planned because it did not arrive in time.So I had to go on a different day which was inconvenient

The Good and the bad
They couldn't keep the original time of fitting on Friday as the tyres hadn't arrived, which meant half of my day was wasted. I was given an appointment for Monday. The manager at the Uxbridge centre was good with communication so no complaints there, and their service was great.
I took another star off because their customer service haven't bothered to reply to my email in 5 days after I complained.

Good website, great prices and service
Easy to identify suitable tyres and price was very competitive. Ordered one day and fitted at a local tyre depot the following day, where the staff were really good. Great service, will use again.

Very friendly guys. Still joking at the end of a very hot day. Happy with the tyres & the price. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because my appointment was running 25 minutes late due to a busy day.

Although the mechanic was all by him…
Although the mechanic was all by him self and he did his best to answer the phone and do the work. My new tyres I later verified with my garage mechanics that my new tyres where not ballanced and when checked, they were way out and now are fixed

When I arranged tyres through Just Tyres
When I arranged tyres through JustTyres, the appointment was set before the tyres had actually arrived. I had to wait a further 5 days to fit my tyres. The staff were very helpful and pleasant when I did get my tyres fitted but the fitting of 4 tyres took 90 minutes which was longer than I expected.
