Bad Service
Awful service.
I paid for new tires and wheel alignment. The wheel alignment was performed using the old tires on the car instead of the new ones. When I inquired with the mechanic about this, he informed me that it was the correct approach.
Consequently, due to the poorly executed service, the vehicle is now pulling to the right. As a result, I will need to pay for another wheel alignment.
I have contacted the business and they informed the manager would come back to me, but that never happened.

Fast supply of tyres at good price
I had an urgent need for two new tyres, and Just Tyres offered a good price for Kumho items which I had previous good experience with. Although not a common size the tyres were available after just a day's wait and although I called in earlier than my booked appointment (I was going to leave the wheels there and come back later) the helpful staff at the Newbury branch were able to do the job immediately which saved me time.

Thoroughly Impressed
Really impressed by the service I received from Just Tyres in Newbury. An out-of-shape tyre was immediately diagnosed as the cause of a steering wobble and extra care was taken when replacing the tyres to make sure there were no rim leaks (this had been an issue for a while). These fellows really know their trade and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Had Appointment for 13:30 arrived 5 minutes early the guy’s were ready and waiting and after brief exchange of details they changed all four tyres in no time at all.
Good tyres, good price for Pirelli tyres and very good services from the guys.
