Went for tyre replacement 30min+ each…
Went for tyre replacement 30min+ each way. Arrived at scheduled time booked on website. Only to be told min 90 min wait minimum due to a failure of compressor the day before which hadn't been fixed. Advised could reschedule. Which I did, next day booked in ar 8.30 opening time. Another 1 hour round trip.Only 1 member of staff. The guys were great don't get me wrong. But if a delay to schedule is known. This could have been communicated at least the morning of my initial appointment given the issue started on the day previous and still had not been sorted on the day my tyres were changed. Staff and price were good

Order not dispatched
Communication between just tyres and my local garage wasn't good.
-Booked in tyres for Saturday pm(am wasn't available)
-Garage called later to say that they closed at 1pm and could I come in the morning.
-Arrived Saturday morning and tyres hadn't arrived. The garage didn't know why and couldn't help
-I phoned just tyres who said that my tyres hadn't been dispatched.The person I spoke to offered to get them in for the Monday, but I was away on holiday so cancelled my order and I had to find an alternative.

Being a mature lady I don't want to faff around changing from summer to winter tyres, I wanted "All Seasons" tyres but had terrible trouble finding some. Some places didn't have any at all, but then I found "Just Tyres". What a great web site, found just what I was looking for, such a selection too. Super prices and local fitters if they don't have a branch near you. Malvern Tyres Ludlow fitted mine, no problems, invoice sent through, 5 year guarantee. Highly recommended.

After waiting for 1 week for tyre to arrive in garage , I've called just tyres and been told that tyre is not available, so changed the model of the tyre,another 3 days passed and I'm still waiting for the confirmation

Prices are competitive and when they had an issue I was informed ahead of time.
The staff fitting the tyres were also very helpful.

Booking process was nice and easy but Garage was disappointing
The booking process was nice and easy and the price was competitive.
The garage chosen was a bit disappointing. It felt as they were overworked and they were not great at communicating.
I asked him if the new tyres could be fitted to the back and the older ones moved to the front. I was told there would be an additional charge for this.
I asked them to check and see if it would be worth it, but they never came back to me and just fitted the new tyres to the front.
When I asked what the outcome was of the free break check, I was told "I don't know, I didn't do it" When I was leaving I had to ask the mechanic if he was holding my locking wheel nuts to which he responded "maybe". When I checked my car and they were not in there, I said "yes, I believe they are mine".
If I didn't check, I would have been sent away without the locking wheel nuts.
I still to this day don't know the outcome of the free brake check.
On the plus side, I do have 2 new tyres now.
