Branch manager personable and took the initiative
Branch manager took the initiative to suggest putting the new tyres I ordered for the rear on the front instead, and moving the front tyres to the rear. This was a better solution. He was also personable and friendly.

Helpful efficient friendly staff
I have always found the staff helpful and easy to talk to and I find it so much easier to have the option of PayPal which has helped me to pay over 3 payments. They are now and will always be my first choice so keep up the good work

Efficient and professional.
The tyres I ordered were there when they said they would be. They started the job bang on time, fitted very efficiently and professionally. Have been using Just Tyres in Daventry for years and will continue to do so.

I went and had a tyre changed at…
I went and had a tyre changed at Daventry Just Tyres, they discovered the other back tyre was fitted on incorrectly and put on backwards they said. Not only have I been driving around for years with issue and damage caused to the tyre which was fitted by them. When I called the customer service a few times I had to ask them who they were as there was no effort to even say that, the final lady I spoke to even started saying good bye and cut me off as I was asking a question. She wasnt listening to me . I rang back and she played dumb.
Then she had the region manager for the Daventry branch call me up and he was defensive and questioning and saying I could have had that fitted in anywhere since and there was a botched fixing of a puncture , I remember slightly having that was done at just tyres , I think that was on the tyre I went in for originally, but they said it was on the tyre they fitted incorrectly. He kept saying my MOT's should have picked it up, but the point is they fitted it dangerously and I was driving it for a long time. then he came up with the excuse that I have had a long run out of the tyre, again they fitted it incorrectly. There was no responsibilty and gesture to recitify their errors.
To sum up the manager after calling the manual worker who fitted the tyre , was defensive , abrupt , rude and didnt want to know or try to believe me from the start. really poor customer service and quite dangerous to be having tyres fitted incorrectly .

Appointment fail
I ordered two tyres + tracking and made an appointment for fitting.
Two days later I left my car and went away for a coffee whilst the work was undertaken.
15 minutes later I received a call to say my tyres had not arrived.
Although everyone was apologetic my morning was wasted as I needed to return another day to get my tyres fitted.

Fab service, lovely staff
Ordered a tyre online through a popular tyre website, Just Tyres were top of the list as an approved fitter.
Staff were very friendly and bubbly, happy to provide the service and very knowledgeable.
I was told at another garage I'd need a new tyre for some slight tyre damage, however at Just Tyres they advised this wasn't actually an issue and my car would be fine to drive with this tyre.
They advised of some other work that might be required, which I'll be glad to book back in with them to get this done. As they've been a great help and provide very competitive prices in the area.
