Cory welcomed us, was very pleasant and he was efficient and thorough. Offered us an appointment to change 2 tyres in 90 mins time, then discovered the tyres weren't in stock so had to leave the premises to get them in time for our appointment. All sorted! Thank you.

I went to just tyres on Saturday the 9/8/2025 to have 4 tyres fitted and have the tracking done, they done the job in a reasonable time, went home no obvious problem went out Sunday and as I was driving started to get a slight knocking noise that slowly got worse the further I went, had to pull over,checked the wheel nuts and all of them had come loose on all 4 wheels luckily I had a wheel brace in the car, tightened them all up and the noise had gone. I would like to know if the people that work at just tyres have ever heard of a torque wrench and what does the T mean that they put on the side wall

I use just tyres for all of my vehicles, including my motorhome.
Always good efficient service with no unnecessary app cells like you get in some other chains.
Easy to browse options online and book convenient appointment again online which suits my needs.

They got the job done but had to wait for approximately 2 hours. The waiting room could do with a freshen up and modernising.

Booked and paid online for 2 front tyres at 10am today 3/7/25. Was told they are running a bit behind. No receptionist to greet and bookin . Only 2 men at the garage. One of them playing victim. Not proffesional. I was kept waiting nearly an hour before my car was done with the job. I had apologies and told manager away. Customer not intreasted in passing blame and excuses. Next time manager goes away make sure staff is coverd. I won't be back. Disgusting service and not professional at all.

4 new tyres fitted in less than 45 minutes, guys identified wheel alignment was out & fixed that quickly

Will use again and totally recommend the Daventry store. Even got £5 off per tyre as their summer deal.

We ordered two tyres online for my wife's car. When she arrived, the fitter encouraged her to have the other two replaced at the same time, offering to 'match' the price of the ones ordered online.

When it came to paying, the additional two tyres where more expensive - because they were a 'different tread pattern'.

They actually appear to be the same make and model, with the same tread, so the whole thing is a mystery.

Two of the tyres were manufactured in 2025, the other two in 2023. So several years-old stock, which I'm not thrilled about either.

She really did not enjoy the whole experience, and has vowed to only use Lodge Tyre, on the same road, in future.

The work was first class but my appointment time was 10.00am and because of a problem with the previous customers my quite simple alignment job was not completed until 11.30.
