Rear tyres replaced and all done quickly with good customer service

Competitive prices for quality tyres. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent Customer Services. There was a initial problem when the booking was duplicated, as phone call to Milton Keynes solved the matter in minutes.

I arrived a few minutes early, the manager asked me to bring the car in, He said they would be done in less than an hour And they were, all done, car waiting for me, great service

No complaints at all. Chose tyres and paid online. Good price.
Turned up at booked time and tyres fitted. All in all, a good service.

Booked in for 16.30. Very busy and was then told my tyre had not been delivered. No phone call to tell me so a wasted trip. Did come in next day and they fitted in a time that suited me

The moment I arrived and was warmly greeted by the manager who explained what was going to happen, the approximate length of time it would take and also I would be welcome to stay if needed. I found the work was completed quickly and was told of a free follow up check k to ensure the tyres and alignment had settled down. The price of the tyres ordered was also very competitive.

“Very disappointed with the wheel alignment done at justtyres Bedford. After the alignment, the steering wheel was noticeably off-centre to the left and the car was pulling left while driving straight. I had to take the car to another alignment specialist to have the job corrected properly. After the second alignment, the steering wheel is now perfectly straight and the car drives normally. Based on my experience, the alignment here was not done correctly.”

Can you explain why we got the exact back tyres that you put on the front from another Just Tyres for half the price you charged me. You took advantage of my position with my mum dying in hospital and needing to be there with dad

Had two tyres replaced, the next morning one was completely flat. Took it to a local mechanic who completed leak detection to see if I had gained a puncture, none found. They had to re-seal and fit it and it has been fine since. It should had been sealed properly when purchased.

Very friendly staff, very helpful moving tyres to different positions, a very safe but quick tyre fitting.

Just tyres, Ampthill road, Bedford, great price and great experience, the lads doing the tyre change were great, and the owner looked after everything. This was 4 tyres on a 1974 T2 Camper van, so not the easiest but they did everything perfectly for less than most other places, I would highly recommend them

I recently visited the Bedford branch for a wheel alignment on 8th April, but unfortunately the service was not carried out properly.

After the visit, the car still felt off, so I took it to an independent mechanic on 22nd April. I was informed that the alignment could not have been performed at all, as the locking nuts on the inner tie rods were completely seized. Both inner tie rods had to be replaced before a proper alignment could be done.

I then had a full alignment carried out at Halfords on 4th May, and their report confirmed that the front toe was significantly out of specification prior to adjustment.

Despite this, I was charged in full by Just Tyres and was not informed of any issue at the time of the original visit.

I have contacted them directly and am currently waiting for a response.

Based on my experience, I would recommend checking that the work has actually been completed, especially if any components are seized or cannot be adjusted.

I pre booked two tyres to be changed.

They were ready for the time I had booked. Car was ready within 20 minutes.

Very friendly staff.

Could not be bothered to take the bolts off my tyres, claiming they were too tight and rounded off. Drove to another garage who had all the bolts off in less than 5 minutes with no issues at all. They had no idea why this place claimed they couldn't get them off. Perhaps they were more interested in eating the McDonald's that had just arrived. Complete joke of a business.
