Quick, easy, right sized tyres. Bought 2 but advised I only really needed one doing so refund for 1 tyre was quick and easy to sort out

EXCELLENT TYRES AND PRICE BUT ??

I had brilliant service from this depot. But that's because I was a 9.00 booking I can see when problems start when you have bookings and the walkins that is very frequent when there is only 2 x staff rushed off there feet somthing has to give and that's normally the customers standing around for ages. But my tyres are brilliant and so was the price. And I was in and out in an hour and half for 4 x tyres. This is my 4th visit over the years and its always the same.first thing that's said before anything is an excuse why your cars going to be there for some time but the guys working there are top draw very skilled and did a 1st class job. Its all down to those above cutting everything to the bare minimum.

Very impressed

I went to Just Tyres with no appointment hoping to find out if my tyre was damaged or had an issue with the valve. Steven quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and fitted a tyre. I was very impressed with the service which was all done with a smile. I felt like a valued customer not an inconvenience as is often the way when asking for help these days. Will definitely be back when I need a tyre services.

First Class customer service from Jamie @ the Aylesbury branch

Over the course of 2-3 visits to the Aylesbury branch of Just Tyres, Jamie's customer service was faultless! He took the time to thoroughly examine my wheels looking for a slow puncture and was able to remedy both wheels without the need to expensive replacements! Despite the branch being busy on every visit, he always took the time to double check everything and explain the work which had been carried out! Customer service at this level (especially in the motor industry) is rare and should be acknowledged.

Poor customer service

Centre opened 20 minutes after my appointment was booked for, no apology. They were unable to do the tracking, but could not refund, took 5 days to get a refund from head office

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company. We strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and so it was disappointing to receive a one star review. We are really sorry that there was a delay with the centre opening in time for your appointment, it is certainly not our normal level of service and we would like to thank you for your patience. In terms of the tracking refund, the centre are unable to process refunds, they are completed at our Operations Office and are done on the same day as the refund is requested, however although they leave our account on the same day, it can take 3-5 working days for the customers bank to credit them. Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention.
