The application process was simple. My pre existing medical condition wasn’t used as a lever to hike up the price of the cover! So I’m happy with it.

I've never had to claim on a policy but I've used them for the last 6 or so years. I took out single trip insurance but have done annual policies the last 3 years. Simple to do. Quote system easy to navigate even someone like me with several pre-existing conditions it accepts me. I had lots of problems with other sites where I was rejected late on the application process. As I say never had to claim so I can't comment on that aspect but I've found the quotation, policy documentation, customer portal and renewal process all excellent. Highly efficient and effective. Plus very clear and easy to understand I highly recommend using them.

Easy to use. I was able to set up a single trip policy fairly quickly despite having a couple of medical conditions to declare.

Always very helpful and efficient. Everything explained. I have used them for some years now and their quotes are very competitive. Unfortunately I also had to make a claim a few years ago, there were no problems at all.

It has provided the cover we needed but a bit too expensive

When I called was worried about the cost as I had a quote nearly died £100 plus, so rang just travel and got a quote it’s was fantastic price even upped it to the gold. Fantastic price with just having surgery and surgery due shortly again. The lady I spoke too was brilliant too.

Great customer service. The agents were incredibly patient with me after several phone calls making changes to the quote and also with the policy etc. Although I had to be put on hold a few times for a considerable amount of time while advice was given by managers, in the end everything was sorted.

Well pleased with the service I received and the the price I paid for my travel insurance.
