Simply awful, received order confirmation and was charged, but absolutely no communication about delivery and ignoring my emails. It has been over 10 days with no response from them. SCAM

Item ordered 08/10/24 and STILL not recieved after 16 days and needed for a charity walk that had now been done. No reply to contact. Bloody poor show and bloody rude frankly. Raging.

Returns policy a designed to make the process practically impossible, despite the item being faulty. Avoid at all costs!

Scam company! No communication after purchase, tracker has not been received. Ignoring my emails. Avoid!

A month since I placed my order & still not received it or had any correspondence from them. Have emailed twice with no response. Sham company, avoid like the plague

I can’t make a full review of this product as I am still waiting to receive it, I think I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now and have emailed to ask for an update with eta but never had a response. Hopefully once it arrives I will change my mind but at the moment not impressed

Shocking, paid for my item , they haven’t supplied tracking or any confirmation of order and they won’t answer emails, waste of £35 , can’t any any help whatsoever

Product app not great. Laggy, inaccurate and now won’t open. Delivery wouldn’t let me track sent me to a German website. Actual product was incorrect when arrived. Contacted customer services multiple times now and no response. Battery life not as described.

Got my PoochPlay about a month ago and can’t get past the setting up stage on the app. Have sent loads of emails with no reply. Very unhappy with product.

Order was accepted but no item sent. My emails are being ignored.

The battery life is appalling, states it lasts upto 6 months, I have had to change the batteries twice in a week, I have emailed 3 times about the situation and asked for a refund but no reply.

ordered the product 3 weeks ago and it sill hasn't arrived. have emailed them twice about it, but NO CONTACT from their side. last time asked money back, still no reaction from them

It’s been great for over a year but there is a fault now. The screen that’s appeared is telling me to update to a more expensive model and I can’t close it down. I’m really disappointed as I have sent three emails to customer service and had no reply.

Ordered direct from website two weeks ago. Never recieved any update regarding my order and still not recieved. Ironically website states next day delivery! Have emailed three times and contacted via Facebook for a refund however no response. Terrible service. Just want my money back.

I use this product to keep track of my dogs activity. It’s fanstastic! Really interesting to see what he does during the day (mostly sleeping...English bulldog).
Would 100% recommend. Great way to monitor your dogs activity and keep you on track keeping them fit.

I did not know what to think before getting this app for my dog as I have tried a few before and was not fully satisfied. This app gave not only information about my dogs daily exercise intake and needs but also recommended amount of protein needed and helps me keep track of any appointments for my puppy.

You will not regret downloading the app.
