Where to start.
My husband and I have received the most horrible and unprofessional service by Samuel Simmons. Initially everything was great, all process started with the sellers, solicitors etc.
We chased Samuel for two weeks to make the application, there was no response from him and his office confirmed he was there. We had to pull back from our dream house and lose money due Samuel’s lack of professionalism, it turns out he never ran credit checks, not even locked a rate for us and the AIP was non existent , even though he confirmed everything via emails.
There is no excuse for the treatment we received by Samuel Simmons and Just Mortgages.

Kristy Walsh has been so fantastic throughout quite a complex transaction. Not only has Kristy secured me a fantastic mortgage rate, she has gone above and beyond with helping to progress my transaction!
