Extremely poor communication and service.
Ordered, not updated, 'missed the van', then when item eventually went out for delivery was damaged and got returned. The courier informed us before the vendor.

Telephone communication great. Delivery slower than hoped for and the edge the melamine a little damaged in 2 areas'.

The shipping was expensive but encouraged that Justmdf are seeking more competitive logistics to bring the shipping costs down. This is really important for small orders

Great products and cutting service
Have managed to get melamine sheets and walnut veneered sheets which many cant source, good communication and the cutting was spot on and accurate which was important as they were cupboard doors. Have used these guys a couple of time and will continue to do so.
